Gordon's POV--
The Press stood around the Mayor, Gotham's Chief of police stood next to him, next to me.
The mayor grabbed the podium. "Leviathan says Batman is the true villain of Gotham. They say that they have soldiers all over our city. They gave us eight hours to hand Batman over, or they will bring our beloved city of Gotham to the ground. After discussion with the city's council we intend to honor the following demands; Batman and all those associated will be banned from our streets. This includes Bruce Wayne, he must make himself available to the authorities. Batman, Batman is no longer welcome in Gotham."
Cameras started flashing.

Lucy's POV--
Tim shut off the TV.
"The entire Batman operation is underground. We have to remain invisible."
"Dick, What is Barbara saying."
Dick put his hand on the phone, "Babs says that her father has to arrest Bruce, there is no way around it, because he has publicly supported Batman."
"We need to put an end to this, He's not doing anything," Jason chucked his bottle across the room, "He's just sitting upstairs brooding. Not planning."
"Yeah, Thanks Babs. Yep, let us know, Yeah. Love you too." Dick put down the phone, "He doesn't know when he is going to make the arrest. But he has to. She is going to keep up updated."
"So what's the plan? What are we going to do?"
"Nothing," Bruce walked in, "Yet."
He sat down at the computer and pulled up the map.
"I've been tracking her all day. They haven't moved from this spot,when they do, that's when we'll follow. Figure out where they are going. End this."
"You could have filled us in earlier Brucey."
"I know Jason, I just had to be sure."
"I'm coming with you." I couldn't just stay behind the screen again, not this time.
"No." They all said in unison.
"Damian was apart of my life too, I can't just stay here."
"Lucy, I understand. But you don't understand everything that's at play here."
"Oh, Really Bruce. What don't I understand?"
"One wrong move from any of us, Gotham is destroyed. We have to be careful. We can't just go charging in on emotions."
"Isn't that what you are all doing?"
"No, before this entire mess, Lucy. It has been our job to protect the city. And that is what we are doing now."
I shook my head, "Fine, then you'll have to go without me at all. I can't sit in this cave and watch. I'll be upstairs."
I took my leave.

"Lucy, we are leaving."
"Okay Tim."
"Luce, it's for the better."
I heard them take off.
"I'm sorry Bruce."
I ran down to the garage and got into one of Bruce Wayne's SUV's.
"I'm sorry Damian."
