Lucy's POV--

i opened my eyes and looked around the room. Alfred was nowhere to be found.
"Alfred?" Nothing.

I attempted to sit up. My chest tightened. The air around me felt quiet. It felt off. I got up and slowly made my way downstairs. I could feel my stitches ripping with every Step.

The door to the batcave in the library was open.  The sound of clashing metal came echoing up.

I walked over to where Alfred hid his gun and made my way quietly down the stairs.

Talia's voice filled the room, "Who can save you now that Robin's dead?"

Bruce was on the floor struggling to get up, "You will never own Gotham. You'll never own the world."

I cocked the gun and aimed it at Talia.

"You'll never rise above the scum and dirt you play with." She kicked him back to the ground, pulling her arm up to make one final swing and end it.

I could hear Bruce's warning against killing but here I stood with the choice of saving his life. I had to. "This is for Damian."

"Oh my sweet dear detective, you should have killed me when you had the chance."

"Batman doesn't kill." I pulled the trigger.

The bullet went through her head and she fell to the ground.

Bruce looked at her then me. He moved over to the antidote and injected it into his arm.

"Lucy..why?"

"for...Damian.." I felt the blood rush to my head and I hit the ground.
