I told Fisher to meet me at this warehouse I saw on the outskirts of town, I made my way to the warehouse, turning on a few corners and about two minutes later, I arrived. I have to admit my super speed is beneficial for getting around, sucks for Mr. Delacroix's plan to kill me didn't work out, and to be honest. I think that's going to be his biggest mistake yet. Fisher arrived forty-five minutes later.
"So what happened" asked Fisher
"I'll tell you once we get inside we get inside" I said
We walked up to the warehouse, and went inside.
"So what the hell is going on" asked Fisher
"So this may sound weird, but..."
I prepared myself to hear Fisher's reply to what I'm going to say, I was worried that he might look at me like everyone else did. A monster.
"I have super speed" I said
"What" Fisher asked
"I have super speed" I repeated
"Like? You can run super fast" Fisher asked
"Yeah, what else does super speed mean?" I replied
"How fast is fast" Fisher asked
"Like fast as in...I can break the sound barrier and keep going kinda fast" I said
"Sure..." Fisher said, doubting what I was saying
"I can prove it" I said
"Okay do it" Fisher laughed
He took out his phone and went to a stopwatch app, he gave me a countdown and when he hit zero, he started the timer. I ran from where we were all the way to the end of the warehouse and back.
"Oh my god" Fisher said
"What's the time" I asked
"2.1 seconds" Fisher said
"You believe me now?" I asked
"How did this happen" Fisher asked
"This guy sent me a letter telling me to go to an address, so I went to the said address and he put me in this machine, from what I read, I was supposed to die in the explosion, but that didn't work and because of the test, I got these powers." I explained
"And now the guy has taken Abby, probably kill her, and you need my help. Am I right?" Fisher asked
"That pretty much sums it up" I said
"I don't know... 'll try. Let's set this place up like an HQ or something" Fisher said
"Okay" I said
"And get me some computers. I can't locate this guy without some technology."
