(ideas taken from a series I want to write [Queens of Niveous] but is currently on hold)
They walk side by side, three powerful queens against a mighty foe. Their long lost, hidden parents have finally made themselves known but are nowhere near helping them in this battle. This war has taken place all over their world and while their parents fight their own battles, they must fight theirs.
A queen of silver, the shiny substance flowing through her veins stares straight ahead at the army in front of them. She's changed her dark hair into silver white and the strong silver armor on her body is only a small percentage of of her true power.
The Queen of the Whitelands has her own armor, a blinding white. Her hair is white as snow and her eyes as gray as storm clouds. Her own power hovers over her skin waiting to pounce.
The last queen holds power over gold. The mineral flows through her as sure as silver flows through Miadaisa and white power through Zavella.
Their enemy, Hera, strong on her own with coal and gems, waits as they reach the top of the hill. Their own armies stay hidden and ready, Mia commanding the animals while Laxia of gold holds control over the water of the lakes on either side of this field.
"You take too long. I've been waiting." Hera calls out, boredom in her voice but hatred in her eyes.
"I'm done with you three."
Zavella walks ahead first, her power of white waiting to be unleashed. The first legion comes and she smirks.
"Oh, Hera. If only you knew." She whispers to herself.
She launches into action, white light blinding her enemies, pain exploding in their minds, their skin turning pale and losing all signs of life.
In a few minutes, Zavella has fought her way through the legion, no blood splattered on her white armor, her face still as clean and fair as a princess'.
She smiles at angry Hera and runs towards her, calling onto her unique power that no one can explain or understand.
Laxia goes into action, running to the back of Hera's army and calling on the gold in the ground to come up and fill her. She crouches behind bushes and observes the two groups on watch, guarding the camp.
She closes her eyes and feels the presence of so much gold.
"Greed is such a horrible thing, Hera. You'll regret it." She says to herself, standing up and walking into camp casually.
The soldiers look at her and ready their swords, guns and weapons. But they're too late.
Laxia's hands are outstretched, her fingers moving as the gold of their armor, the gold of their leader, runs across the grass, across their bodies and suffocates them. The gold seeps into their bodies, turning into thorn like structures and their screams fill the air.
Laxia continues to walk through the camp, gold once thought to be their post prized treasure now the cause of their horrifying death.
She looks up and sees an eagle flying over the open field. The animals are ready, and so is Mia.
Laxia is proud to be fighting alongside these two powerful queens and she runs towards the battle, leaving the ruined camp behind. No gold left except that which is in the dead soldier's bodies.
"Greed kills." She says, thinking of how Hera will react if she lives to find out.
Mia's ready, her animal army waiting in the trees behind the hill overlooking the field.
"Get ready." She tells them, changing into an eagle. She flies over to the battle between Zavella and another legion.
She hopes Laxia sees the signal and circles back to the hill where she transforms back into her human self in midair.
"Help the soldiers. Let's move." She commands.
The wolves, jaguars, tigers and all the chosen predators move within the soldiers' ranks and the birds stay ready in the branches of the trees.
Mia turns into a wolf and runs fast towards Hera while everyone else is distracted.
Hera's legions have broken formation and the two armies collide.
Crystals spike out of the ground, impaling some and blocking other's paths. Hot coal jumps out of the ground and Mia decides to stop.
She crouches and places her hands on the ground, calling silver to flow. She sends a message to Laxia and once it's been sent, she stands and runs again, this time shifting into human form and racing towards Hera.
Hera looks a second to late as Mia's punch collides with her nose and she takes a few steps back. Mia takes no time to pause, sending punches and kicks onto Hera, every hit releasing silver onto Hera's body. Once Mia sees enough silver staining Hera's body, she takes a step back and waits for Hera.
She feels the ground move, water rising above the grass, the coals no longer in power, gold pushing down every gem that's fallen or sprouted from the ground. Laxia received her message.
Hera launches at her, and they fall down, grappling for one to stand and the other to stay on the ground. Mia takes the opportunity and moves the silver stained on Hera's armor into her body.
The silver seeps into her skin and gathers into her chest, her lungs slowing down and she chokes.
"W-what-" She coughs. "Have you d-done?"
Mia watches silently as the silver does its work. She hates killing people like this.
"Zavella!" She calls out.
Zavella blasts a group of soldiers with white light and runs over, thrusting her hand out at Hera, white light knocking her brain and forcing her into a coma.
"Let's finish this." Zavella says, holding out a hand to Mia.
They get up and join Laxia, their powers uniting to send blasts and quiet powers, immobilizing the soldiers and giving them painful deaths.
In less than two hours, Hera's army is wiped out, with little casualties and deaths to the queens' armies.
They head back to their base, Hera in tow.
Once they leave her in their specialized prison cell, they watch her from a screen.
"What do we do? This isn't over." Mia says, observing their prisoner. Hera's only one of the General's generals and there's definitely more to come.
"I don't know yet." Zavella answers.
And the red light glows and their screen shakes.
Hera's eyes are open, staring through the camera, right at them.
