Chapter 18

REGINA
I snuggled into Robin like I used to with Emma. Emma...I missed her with all my heart but she's been gone now for nearly 9 months and I haven't heard anything from her...so I felt it was the right move to move on. ouch.
I know this is wrong but if I'm honest it seems like Robin has changed...I mean it's been a few months and he's moved back in and he's been really sweet. There's been no violence and non of that crap just a lot of love. Which I was thankful for because I didn't need any violence in my life right now.

I rushed out of work to granny's trying to beat the crowds so I can get my much deserved chicken sandwich.
When I got there Robin was already sitting at a booth waving me to come over. I smiled and walked over to him but before I could even say a word he rushed over to me as if he was being chased. But before I could even speak his lips crashed into mine...I pulled away in confusion and all he did was stare behind me and smirk. I spun round to see a beautiful blonde mess of hair. I'm jaw dropped "Emma?" I croaked. She looked at me in disgust and she turned round on the balls of her feet and walked out of the diner not saying a word. Did Robin know she was standing there all along?

I shook the thoughts out of my head and sat down in the same booth where Robin was. I wanted to run after her but there's no way I'm running in these heels unless I want to break my neck.
"What was that about?" I said with my arms across my chest. "What?" He said with a mouth full of food. "Okay first off I hate when you speak with your mouth full and secondly...that kiss?" I said with a frown. He took a big gulp "sorry love and I'm sorry I just was exited to see you..." he said bashfully. "Oh...okay...sorry" I said almost feeling sorry. I couldn't say 'no you weren't' because it could be the truth...I don't know.

While we where eating my mind kept slipping to the thought of Emma. What if she couldn't contact me because of her service? Or what about if she lost her phone? Oh Regina snap out of it. "Regina?...ReGinA??" Robin said impatiently and clicking his fingers in front of my face. " sorry Er- I-" I began to say. "I said are you ready to go?" He said once again. I didn't say anything but nod.

Throughout the car journey nothing was said so my mind yet again came to the thought of Emma...Emma Swan...Emma Swan-Mills...I let of a smirk at the end one
-Emma swan-Mills...I like the sound of that. "What are you smirking at?" Robin said with a smile. I quickly came up with an excuse "I'm happy to be back with you" I lied. "See I told you...that Emma wasn't doing you any good I told you I was better for you" He said with his eyes still fixed on the road. I wanted to punch him for that but I couldn't for obvious reasons.

Saturday...

It was finally the weekend. Thank god.
Robin was out in the woods doing what ever the hell he does in there and I decided to go for an early morning walk in the park.
I jumped out of bed and rushed to the bathroom trying to cover my naked exposed body. I turned on the shower and quickly hopped in letting the hot water warm me up.
While I was in the shower my mind started to wonder...
Emma was 100% better in bed than Robin...Robin is just a little slow and...i don't know... just not as good as Emma.
I stopped applying shampoo to my hair when I realised something. Every time I let my mind wonder off and daydream it always ends up with Emma.
Emma this and Emma that.
I still love Emma. Well I haven't stopped loving her I just moved on. I need to speak to her ASAP to show her how much I miss her...but what about Robin?...but wait yesterday...I don't think she wants to speak to me...Wait hold on why am I getting so stressed she left me and left me hanging with no one else to turn to... why should I? I blocked the thoughts out of my head and continued to shower like nothing had happed.

I scrunched my hands up in my pockets and walked down the narrow grey path. As I puffed out a warm breath of air I watched the cloud of smoke swirl in front of my face.
It was a cold morning but it was one of those days where it's cold in the morning and boiling in the afternoon so I won't need a coat later on. Which is good as this coat really needs to be washed because of the dirt on it from Robins car.

Whilst walking down the narrow path I saw a mess of blonde hair leaning on a mans shoulder for a second I thought it was Emma but it couldn't be. As I got closer to the bench the couple where sitting on I realised who it was... "Emma?!" I say aloud not realising. The blonde swivelled round to face me...It was Emma... before I could even say a word the man who was with her soon turned around..."Killian?!"  I say almost baffled.
But I thought they broke up? I thought Emma loved me? What?
"Emma we need to talk..." I say in a firm tone trying to hide the crack in my voice. "What's there to talk about?" She said harshly. "Look Emma ple-" I began to say before I got rudely cut off. "Regina I don't think Emma wants to speak to you...so now can you leave us alone" he said In a husked tone. She ignored my gaze and she lay her head upon his shoulder once again...not going to lie that made my blood boil that should be my shoulder not his and what gives him the right to speak to me that way??.

Regina your with Robin...why are you getting so stressed...why am I getting stressed???
"Emma look I need to speak to you" I said firmly...no one said anything so I spoke again "if you don't want to speak now that's fine...just think about it...meet me at granny's diner tonight at 6:30...if you don't turn up I understand" a tear started to spill out of my eye when she didn't reply...so I just walked away hoping and praying that she will turn up tonight.

I've been super busy and I haven't had lot of time to sit down and actually write...this isn't the best chapter but I suppose it's a start😂
