Giggling in bed with his love is the highlight of his day. They just had amazing sex and now they are discussing greek mythology. "You know a lot about this Manny. I think you are majoring in the wrong field."

Manny rolls her eyes while trying sweep her hair out of the way. She was laying on her stomach with her forearms supporting her. Dylan was sitting up with head board with hands behind his head. "No, I'm good. Are you trying to get me unemployed?"

"What's the point when we will be together and married anyways? I'll take care of you. So major in whatever." Her heart skipped a beat. Marriage? He wants to marry me. she thought. This is the first time he brought this up. He always talked about "forever" which is vague but he was clear and direct this time. "Aw. My little bird is stuck in thought. Did I freak you out talking about the M word?"

"A little. I mean, don't get me wrong. I love you but you were married once. I don't want you think you are obligated to propose. You probably don't want to think about another wedding." His ex wife was pregnant for christ sake.
"No you're wrong. I love you and just because one marriage didn't work out doesn't mean I will think badly about ours. I feel like the universe is giving me a second chance. And don't worry, you are young so proposing won't be soon but it will soon."

"Being with you is always so fast paced so soon can mean in two years but the next two years will fly." He leans down and kiss her beautiful plumped lips. Her skin was glowing, she barely wore any make up and today she wore her natural hair. He loved looking at her. She was a beauty. "Okay it's time to go. I think it was a bad idea to come here on our lunch break."

"Yeah I know now, I'm starving." she says as they get up and retrieve the their clothes.

"Which means we have to stop and get food along the way." He says as he kiss the top of head.

"Whew girl you are glowing. And is that a hickey? You're gonna tell me about this mystery guy you are sneaking around with." Kieran says in the break room as Manny comes in with her Mcdonalds.

"Oh my god, how unprofessional of me." She says as she takes out her ponytail to cover her neck. "And it's no one." She says as she sits cross him and pulls out her food to hurry and eat.
"I mean It's obvious." Manny hears a feminine from behind her. When she turns around she comes face to face with the only known red head on this floor. "You know it's so funny how you guys make it so obvious. You two both take lunch the same time and stroll on in here at the same time. You really think you are special? He was with his wife for 10 years. They were high school sweethearts, what makes you think he would move on with you?" She says as Manny stand up to face her, she was only in inch shorter thanks to the heels. She has had enough with this bitch.

"Because he did. What makes it hard for you to believe he might actually love me? Is it because I'm black? Maybe that's one of the reasons why he loves me. You are bland, unseasoned and quite frankly will age 20 years your age in the next 5. So how about you mind your goddamn business and find another married man to fuck because my now divorced man is taken." And then like that Miranda storms out. There is a few other people in the break room as well looking shock the way Manny spoke to Miranda. Manny didn't give a single fuck. "Did you guys enjoy the show?" She says to the bystanders. They didn't respond so she shrugs and sits down to finish her food.

"Okay you will now tell me the TEA SWEETY!"
Kieran says as Manny drives him home which she was happy to offer ever since she bought her the other day. It's a black mini cooper that drives smoothly. "You came for that ass! Perhaps it's what she deserves for being a bitch to you. Now who is this guy."

Manny knows she owes him an explanation since she feels bad he was right in the middle of that mess. "It's Dylan."

"Oh my god I knew it! She so pressed! How did you guys get together?! Tell me everything." She explains how she and him have been sneaking around for past few months after the found out he was friends with her dad, and how they met out this banquet for school.

"Ugh you guys are so cute. I'm rooting for you both. Don't let that white whore get to you! She's just pressed because she isn't getting the Dylan dick like you!" They both started laughing. Kieran is amazing and funny. Manny is grateful she has someone other than her cousin to talk about this now.
