Nicole's POV
After Daniel kissed me I felt different. I didn't know if I should've felt bad because Juan had already asked me out and I accepted it but then Daniel asked me in front of everyone.
I couldn't do that. I did like him, trust me and I do want to be with him but what do I tell Juan?
He already saw everything but what do I say to him.
I was dancing with Daniel and I saw Juan standing there and he looked sad.
"Dani I'll be back let me talk to Juan." I said to Daniel as I stoped dancing
"Yeah, ok." Daniel said as he kissed my cheek.
I walked towards Juan and just stood there.
"I'm sorry." I apologized. "You know what, it's fine because I'll still love you." Juan said as he leaned closer to my face.
We were inches apart.
Then he kissed me.
Daniel's POV
As I walked away from Nicole, I had a smile on my face. A pretty big one. She said yes. That's all that matters.
I went to find the boys and I saw the outside of the venue. I went with them and just laughed.
"What's up with you, lover boy?" Jack asked. "Nothing, it's just the fact Nicole and I are now dating." I said as I leaned on Zach's shoulder.
"Dude." I heard Corbyn say to Jonah. They looked inside the venue and then looked at me.
I went to go see what was happening and I saw Nicole kissing Juan.
"Daniel." Jonah said as he put his hand on my shoulder. I removed it and walked away.
I left the venue and headed out of the parking and walked away.
Nicole's POV
As soon as he put his lips on mine I just stood there letting him kiss me for a few seconds but then I pulled away.
"Why would you do that?"
"I asked you out first." Juan said as he walked away from me. He did asked first but I wanna be with Daniel.
I looked around and saw none of the boys. I went outside of the venue and just saw Corbyn standing there on the phone.
But when he saw me, he put his phone down.
"Why would you do that Nicole?" He questioned as he looked at me seriously.
"What?" I obliviously asked as I began to dig my nails into the palms of my hands.
"We all saw you kiss Juan." He said as he put his hands in his pockets. "No no no, its not like that he kissed me." I justified as I walked closer to Corbyn.
"Well from what we saw, that is what was clearly happening." He said "No, he kissed me." I repeated as I began to panic.
"Did you pull away?" He asked.
"No." I shortly answered.
"Then there you go, i'ma go look for him. Just stay here and try not to hoe around as much ok." he said then he walked away.
I just stood there. He really said that.
I went to the side and started to cry. I had to go look for him. I couldn't just sit here and cry in a dress.
I went to the small dressing room the venue had and changed into my clothes that were for my surprise dance.
Once I changed into my jean shorts and a white shirt, I put on my converse and soon headed out of the venue from the back.
Leaving everyone with out saying goodbye, it seemed rude but at this point I just wanted Daniel and all my best friends here with me.
I ran without knowing where I was going. But it wasn't that long until I found him. He was in the back of the restaurant that was next to the venue.
"Daniel." I said as I walked closer to him.
He was leaning against the wall with his suit and tie loosened.
"Leave." Daniel said. As he said that, I stopped walking.
"Daniel please he kissed me, it wasn't me." I said.
"Look, Juan always gets everything even you, so let me make it easy for you." he said as he stood up from leaning against the wall.
"What do you mean?" I asked as I began to cry again.
He walked closer to me and put his hand on my cheek.
I looked him in the eyes and he looked me in the eyes.
"I love you." I said.
"I love you too." he said as he slowly backed away. He walked backwards while looking at me. He was also crying.
"Happy birthday"
