A T T E N T I O N
───────────Y/n's POV
Typical. I'm a typical girl.
I admit I'm happy in fantasy land but in real life I don't wanna live. Stupid I know right.
Yes, I am one of those girls who wears all black everyday or sometimes blue jeans. I do good in school but not in everything else.
Life for me is stupid but worthy.
Just yesterday, a girl got together with a boy and now they broke up. Like no, I do admit I thought they were brothers and sisters but then I saw them kiss so I was like nope never mind.
I don't really have a lot of friends, I do have some and there amazing. But I'm the only, quote on quote, "sad one."
Not the "I wanna kill myself, sad" one I'm the "life is bullshit" one.
I think it is cliché but I only get happy when I see Jonah.
He's the most popular guy in school and the hottest, not to brag.
He well he's a nice guy who doesn't drink, doesn't fuck with other girls feelings or even fucks different girls each day.
The most likeable thing about him is his smile.
Yes I know, very cliché as fuck but he makes me smile when he smiles.
As of right now it was lunch and I was with my friends obviously.
"Aye y/n are you going to wait for Jonah to pass by again or could we go get food?" my annoying ass, friend Adriana asked. "Just go get the food, I'll be right here" I said was a tiny smile.
I know I know it's weird too look at him when he passes by me but I just wanna see him.
He doesn't know who I am and well I'm fine with that. All he needs to know is my name but he doesn't even know that.
Jonah's POV
I'm a jock. A baseball jock.
I dream, where I'm going to play in the Minnesota Twins stadiums and be a famous player.
But that's just a dream.
Reality is crappy but there one thing that makes it better, her.
She's makes me happy when I see her.
Y/n is her name. It is a beautiful name.
She is beautiful and she was just like me .
Facing reality, while other people face fantasy. But she doesn't know who I am. All she know is that I'm a jock.
I wanna go up to her and just talk maybe get to know who she is but I don't have the balls too do that.
That's why I won't.
Third person's POV
As y/n waited at her and her friends hangout spot, she saw Jonah walk her way with his letter man jacket and his equipment. She lightly smiled.
She looked down at the floor and then looked back up to see Jonah staring at her with a smile.
She was shocked.
Immediately she put her head down and made no eye contact with him. Until she felt someone tap her shoulder lightly. Slowly she looked up and saw Jonah's right in front of her.
"Um... hi." she said really shyly "You're y/n right?" he asked with a smirk.
Y/n was shocked that he knows her name.
"Yeah and you're Jonah right?" she questioned looking up to face him. "Yeah." he said still smiling.
He couldn't stop smiling.
"Well, um, I got to go." y/n said awkwardly, not knowing what to say. "Wait y/n, I want to ask you out."
Apparently Jonah does have the balls.
Once again, y/n was shocked that the fact Jonah Marais knew her name and wanted to hang out with a typical girl. She just smiled and didn't say a word.
"You don't have to say yes if you don't want to." Jonah said trying to act cool, even though he is mentally scared and freaking out, waiting for y/n's answer.
"No it's just that you know who I am, no one knows who I am besides my friends." she said standing up straight.
Jonah laughed and smiled at the comment.
"You caught my attention."
