6 :Shopping

The whole week goes like that with nothing big happening apart from the displacement of your teddy in the morning which you always found on Taehyung's side. You thought he loved hugging soft things to sleep and never really talked to him about breaking the weak barrier you made with the teddy every night.

It was sunday morning and you were sleeping soundly until you woke up. You had decided to do a lot of things today and make the best out of this holiday but a little more sleep would've been nicer since you are always sleep deprived on your working days.

Somehow you always needed an alarm to wake up for work but on sundays you always woke up before your usual waking time. You hated it so much and never understood why that happened.

You opened up your eyes to see a set of deep brown eyes staring right back at you. They were big and widened with shock and you had to blink twice to confirm who was looking at you so intently.

Taehyung panicked a little before he quickly sputtered, "Good morning. How did you wake up so early today?"

You blinked once, twice, taking in the situation and clearing up the dizziness in your mind. "I can ask the same."

"I always wake up early." This was his answer before he nearly jumped off the bed and went to use bathroom but he tripped making you giggle at his cuteness.

After having a good and relaxed shower, you got ready to go out. Today you had planned to get some things for Taehyung that you thought were necessary. He, of course hadn't asked you anything since he came but that didn't put your mind on ease. You knew some things like new clothes and a cell phone were important but firstly breakfast!

"Taehyung get ready. We're going out for breakfast and some shopping."

He was sitting sitting in living room when you told him today's plan. He kept silent for a long time before speaking softly.

"You want to go out with me?"

"We'll be shopping for you. Of course you have to come."

"Are you sure?"

"Very much. Now get ready and be quick. Time is money you know." You chuckled.

"Okay." He said softly. "I'll cover my ears with a cap."

You stopped smiling and looking at him surprised. "What do you mean?"

"I'll hide them so no one will know that I'm a hybrid."

"And why would I want that?"

He figgeted with his fingers nervously looking at ground. He could see two big flowers on the carpet under the coffee table. He would rather concentrate on them then this conversation. But he knew he couldn't avoid this as you were still waiting for his answers.

"Because you wouldn't want to be seen with a hybrid right? People don't think good of us and they'll-"

"Taehyung you idiot!" You groaned at your too innocent hybrid and his thinking. "Why would I adopt a hybrid when I didn't want to be seen with one?"

He remained silent still looking at the ground. Your words made him want to tear up and feel relieved at the same time. You didn't see him like anyone else and that made him glad.

"Just go and get ready."

He nodded his head, moving his feet to go back to closet but suddenly stopped, looking at you. "Are you angry with me Y/n?"

You smiled trying to ease up the nervous hybrid. "I'm not Taehyung. Now go, we need to have breakfast first and I'm starving."

He beamed happily at you before skipping back to change.

"He was supposed to call me nonna." You breathed out, laying on the couch, spreading your limbs and closing your eyes, waiting for Taehyung.

When he got ready which wasn't fast, you were starved to death. When he got out with a blue shirt and white pants, you tried not to notice how good he looked instead quickly took his hand and locked your house before getting in your car.

"Yoongi already took hobi for shopping or we could've gone together." You said.

He just nodded his head, acknowledging your statement when his eyes shot up to the big building of mall. He smiled, "We reached?"

"Yeah, have you ever been here before?" You asked smiling.

He shook his head in no but he was smiling looking at the building but you weren't smiling anymore in fact your heart ached at the thought that he couldn't even enjoy such little things like shopping.

But it wasn't going to happen anymore. Now that he's with you, you'll make sure he enjoys every little to big things. You were going to make him happy.

So you smiled and got out of the car and opened Taehyung's door, "Your highness, your kingdom is waiting for you", With that you did a little bow to add to the act.

The younger visibly blushed, his cheeks and ears turning into red flames and he cutely whined, "Noona!"

You giggled and pinched his cheeks which turned even more red if that was even possible. Inside, Taehyung was so excited that he even tripped at the entrance but he was chuckling. He looked so cute looking at the different stores that you couldn't help but avert your eyes away anywhere from his face. But you had to when he suddenly jerked his head to you and asked, "Where should we go first?"

He didn't catch you staring right?

You stuttered. "A-anywhere you l-like."

Taehyung smiled and bobbled his head and you sighed in relief that the boy didn't catch on. But what you didn't know was that he saw everything from the reflection of the glass door of the store on his right side.

You entered a random clothing store and started looking for casual outfits while Taehyung checked the price tag before pulling out any piece of cloth from the rack.

You sighed and went to Taehyung, tapping is shoulder so his attention was to you, you said, "Don't think about money, just take anything you like."

"But noo-", you cut him off placing your index finger over your lips as a gesture to make him shut his mouth. "I came here with a bugdet and if you don't spend all of it then I'll take everything I like."

That was enough to put the boy's mind on ease. You had no idea how your kindness touched his heart. He was grateful you came into his life.

Taehyung tried on a denim jacket, looking himself in the mirror, he liked how he looked.

"We're taking it!" You shouted to the boy still looking through different clothing racks and he giggled.

You bought a lot of clothes for him that your hands started to hurt from weigh of countless bags. Shirts, jeans, tees, pj's, some accessories, shoes and a nice suit for formal occasions.

Now what's left?

Taehyung went into a under clothing store and you went to a different store before deciding a destination where you'll meet.

You went to buy a phone. It was a necessity. It took you a long time to buy the perfect phone and you were sure that Taehyung would already be waiting for you at the selected location.

You went out giggling to yourself. His reaction would be priceless when you'd show him his new phone. You were happy just thinking about that. But when you saw him standing at that place, you didn't feel good at all.

There stood Taehyung with his head down while a woman and a man who seemed like a couple, yelled at your hybrid.
