32 : Christmas eve

New things are happening day by day since Taehyung and Hoseok have come into your life. You think this, helping Mrs. Lee in kitchen as she's preparing chicken. You, yourself are making blue berry pie, which is Nari's favourite.

Mr. Lee and the three hybrids are sitting in living room, probably wrapping gifts for Jimin and Nari. This Christmas eve is bringing everyone together from you and Taehyung to Lee family, to Jimin's family, to Seokjin and Namjoon.

It was a traditional for all to gather at Lee resident on such special evening since your college days, for you even before that but there were some modifications this time.

Since Nari is in last month of her pregnancy, everyone thought it would be convenient for her to celebrate this dinner at her place and she was more than happy to be the host as long as everyone prepared a dish. Her request for you was blue berry pie obviously.

Speaking of which Jimin's mid night visits at your home are just as frequent for his wife's late night snacks or meals and Taehyung is much more happy to see the other man. It's like they have become best friends over the short span of time.

He's not so unwelcoming anymore, instead he even helps you and Jimin in preparing whatever Nari demands for as if he's taking tips for pre-parenting. You don't mind though, since the boy seems very invested and happy in this.

Some time later, Hoseok joins you in the kitchen as well, not helping in cooking but just goofing around the only ladies in his life and making them smile. You sometimes wonder if the cheerful man ever feels down like everyone. Even if he does, he easily masks it with his smiling face.

It isn't long when everything is prepared and Taehyung is driving you to Jimin and Nari's house. He has become even better than you in driving that you sometimes doubt if he's the same shy boy who was scared to even start the car because you kept looking at his face.

And not just in driving, he seems to be changing in every aspect. Maybe changing won't be the perfect term because his base personality is just the same. His sweet boxy smile his same, the crinkling of his eyes while smiling is same, the way he calls you noona is same, the way he doesn't make eye connection when nervous is same and the way he looks at you is the same when he glanced at you first. That curious gaze with a hint of lovingness as if he's reading your face for something and finds it amusing when he sees it.

"I guess we're the last one to attend." You hear from the hybrid beside you, as the car comes to a halt in parking lot. A car similar to Namjoon's is standing there and also the one your cat friend owns. Guess you really are the last time.

One large container filled with food in both yours and Taehyung's hands, you two surge away to the familiar house of your friend, having a nostalgic feeling of the last time you came here and how you had poured your heart out to the boy who's now standing beside you in the same parking lot.

It doesn't take long before a certain black haired man who used to have blond mop on top of his head opens the door with a wide smile and crescent shaped eyes. "Welcome my favourite guests." He gestures for you to get inside and suddenly puts a finger to his mouth and whispers his next words, "Don't tell that to them okay?"

You are not able to contain your laughter as Jimin's eyes nearly shuts off from smiling too wide and throws his body backwards, almost falling to the ground from his uncontrollable laughter.

"Sure, father to be." You tease the now ebony haired man, wiggling your eyes to add in the effect and he just smiles more. "What happened to your hair though?"
