We all dashed to the TARDIS. Before i knew it we were back on the ground. I opened the door and looked out. The ship appeared above us and just vanished. I closed the door.
"So that's it? No more tin cans trying to kill us?" I said.
"For now anyways." The Doctor said.
We landed back in New York 2013. I opened the door for Jack. He turned to me before walking out.
"So, i was thinking maybe you'd like to go out for a drink?" He asked.
"Jack...don't." The doctor said shaking his head.
Jack clicked his tongue and winked at me as he walked out.
"See you another time Doctor!" He said waving.
I closed the door and turned back to the Doctor.
"So, where too next?" I asked.
"Walk out those doors." He said.
I walk out the doors and saw Central Park. Normal trees, normal people, just normal.
"Doct-" I was cut off by the sound of the TARDIS engines and the TARDIS disapearing.
All the happiness drained my face. I felt sick to my stomach. I was angry and upset. I just stomped off and went home. Walked into my same old apartment. Lied down on my same old bed. I went to sleep expecting nothing exciting at all.
