Chapter Thirty-Four

Waking up was surprising realizing the fact that I didn't remember even going to sleep.I had been holding the edges of Matthew's shirt

tightly to where it was badly stretched.We were notified we were going to California today and I was ready to go I placed on a black fause

leather crop top and a red skirt with a gold chain and some custom black,red and gold high top Nike Air Force Ones.I put on dark purple

lipstick and did my eyeliner and mascara.I braided my hair in two french braids starting at the top of my scalp.I had looked

good,considering the eye patch I still had to harbor.I walked out of the room where I saw the rest of them ready for a big

flight.Mahogany grabbed my arm immediately and got in girly zone while we walked to my car.I wasn't feeling well considering this was the

last time I would see both Matthew and Nash.Just three days and two nights.I began to follow Cameron's car forgetting where the

airport even was.We passed by Starbucks while Matthew who was in my backseat ordered what I ordered on the first date and I ordered

his."Babe..."He said."Maybe when we get there I can beg the boys to take us to Santa Monica...like we did."I smiled."Awe he remembers

you guys first date too!"She said."Yeah she told me a lot about herself but never asked because I didn't want her too."He replied.I sipped

the drink that my taste buds had come to like better than what I used to get."Your so dumb because I know more about you that I should."I

said immediately shutting him up...I knew where his birthmarks were and his weird habits,and even his dirty habits."Me too...don't

get me started on the flower mark you have on you inner thigh."He said.I laughed a little while staring at it.Laughs would turn into

cries when he left.I tried not to think about it."It was shaped like a five pedal flower with a stem."He snapped me back.

Mahogany was laughing uncontrollably at our conversation.We continued to argue until we arrived.Matthew hopped out

of the car immediately sweeping me off of my feet and onto his back.I pulled the palm tree bucket hat off of his head to put on

mine.We walked into the airport where we went strictly in line and got our luggage checked out.We had been pulling and pushing

through fans to get to our flight.I kissed Matt's cheek as we sat down waiting for our seats to be called on.I had begun wiping the purple

lipstick I left behind on his face when I realized I was heavily staring at him.Oddly enough I was thinking about when he would be

gone...how would I cope and long distance NEVER works out.I thought I'd declare it's over before any long distance happened...before

he leaves.I teared a bit and he noticed."What's up?"He whispered quietly.I shook my head a silent nothing.He kissed my forehead

mouthing the words 'I love you' while staring closely at me.I closed my eyes let my head roll onto his shoulder.Thinking the same

thing as I was,I knew by the way he just looked at me.Our plane seats were called and we headed onto the plane.Nash staring at us

scoping.I fell asleep on Matthew.I dreamt about a woman,hair like mines,eyes same color,everything seemed to be familiar about

her was something related to me...she looked to be my older self,she had children,blue eyed children with dark brown hair,brown

eyed children with dark honey blond hair,neither the woman's obvious resemblence.She was tearing up not over which

side of kids to choose,trapped between the two.I was abruptly woken up by Matthew.He probably tried picking me up which

explained why his hand was under my body.I sat up of course realizing I was giving Matt trouble...still wanting him to pick me up I jumped

on him and wrapped my legs around his waist and laid my head on his shoulders while he held me up by the legs."Where's the car she's

heavy bro!"I heard him complain as we got our bags and headed to the car.Cameron started the car to show us to take us to their

new apartment.I pretended to be sleep all the while.It gave me more time to think.Not long after some pretty really bad driving we

arrived.I pretended to wake up and walked inside.It was really nice with city views and hardwood floors and it was dark,it wasn't really my

style since I had grew up in a light house...it was really pretty and roomy besides the fact that I didn't want anybody I knew to live in

it."So how do you feel about this?"Nash said placing a hand on my shoulder,causing Matt's eyes to dart towards us."It's okay

or whatever."I replied in a depressing state lying about how nice it was."I think it's pretty cool,empty though!"Shawn said

entering behind us then the rest said other comments."We should chillax and get a rug and some pillows and

blankets,put them in the middle of the floor and just hang for our first days here until ya'll get furniture."Jack J suggested."Yeah that

sound cool dude...we should like just go to Anna's Linens and blow off all the money we got for a couple of blankets and pillows!"Matt

said.Everybody thought it was a chill idea."It won't even be fun today...Nash is going to the car note to get his first car."I patted him on

the back and smiled up at him.Matt walked over to me slow and grabbed my hand."Now would probably be a cool time to head to the

boardwalk."He whispered in my ear.I nodded,smiled and kissed the top of his ear.

This will all blow over...this will all blow over...everything.
