Dimitri POV
"Comrade." Rose whined I chuckled and we went inside Queen Tatiana's office I look around and saw my family as well. "Ahh Rose your here finally." Queen Tatiana said Rose sighed and pouted at me "What's sup with you two?" Lissa asked "He doesn't want me to come to this guardian meeting." Rose said

"That's because your not allowed to come." I said "Hmm after....." Rose just stared at me and I pulled her into my arms before she walks away. I kissed her cheek and she still pouted at me. "Mmm later." I said before pulling away from her "Now stay here until I come back." I said and after that I left the room.

Rose POV

After Dimitri left I sat beside Lissa and played with my phone. "Sup with you and Belikov?" Adrian asked "Oh nothing." I said "Nothing? I don't believe you." Adrian said I smiled at him Lissa gasp "Oh my gosh your neck." I quickly covered my neck but Lissa and Jill decided to tackle me down on Queen Tatiana's floor just to see my neck.

"OKAY FINE WE HAD SEX." I yelled they stopped and said "WHAT? Was he good?" I blushed and realised that everybody is staring at me right now specially his family. "Yes his good, there happy?" I whispered as I grabbed my phone and sat on the bean bag on the left corner of the room far away from everybody.

45 minutes later

Dimitri POV

I went inside Queen Tatiana's office and everybody stared at me while Christian smirked at me "So. I heard." he said I sighed and saw Rose sleeping at the bean bag "Did she went to sleep or did she fall asleep?" I asked "She fell asleep, her phone is already fully charged." Queen Tatiana said giving me her phone. I walked towards Rose and gently wake her up.

"Hey, I'm back." I said "Hmm hi." she whispered with her eyes still shut. "I kissed her forehead and picked her up. Gilbert opened the door for me and I smiled at him.

Yeva POV

"Babushka, Hi." Dimitri said hugging me "Hello, Dimka." I went inside his dorm and saw Rose fast asleep on his bed. "I heard you two already did something fun." Dimitri blushed and I chuckled "How are you?" I asked as I sat down on the couch "I'm good, just surprised you and the others are here." He said "Well its Viktoria's birthday in a few days and we thought why not fly here to the academy and surprise her........we also want to see you as well." I said he smiled at me and I gently stroke his cheek "Join us for dinner tonight." I said "Babushka I can't, I have a duty tonight." I sighed and said "Soon?" he smiled at me and said "We'll see."

Rose POV

I woke up and saw that its already 10:38 PM already wow I just slept the entire day I look at my side and I did not saw Dimitri I took my phone and saw a bunch of messages from Lissa:

Hey where are you?

Let's eat

Hello??

Are you still awake??

Okayy byee sleep tight!

I continue to scroll down and then I saw a message from Dimitri:

Hi Roza, I don't know if your going to read this if you wake up from your long sleep but, I have a duty tonight at the gates with Ivan, don't wait for me :) I'll join you at my bed at 12AM. -Dimitri

I smiled and remembered that his duty starts at 7pm and ends at 12am. I took a shower put on a black sweatpants and my grey bra I put on my black cropped sweater and brown uggs I took my phone and keys and left the dorm.

Dimitri POV

I leaned on the cold brick of the academy and sighed "Funny how the time slows down when you keep on looking on it." Ivan said "I almost leaned on the academy gates why didn't you told me that the gates is electrical?" I shrugged and said "I don't know." I said he sighed and said "Its Viktoria's birthday in a few days and we're throwing her a party---" "Your point is?" I asked cutting him off "She would appreciate it if you come." he said.

I didn't reply until I heard my radio plugged into my ears say "Someone's approaching you guys from the inside of the academy." Julian said Ivan took his binoculars and said "Its Rose." I turn on my ear piece and said "Its just Hathaway." I turn it off again and watched as she approach me "Hey." I smiled and said "Hey, what are you doing here? " I asked "Well your shift ends in 1 hour and 30 minutes and I just woke up." she said "Its cold out here." I said "I know, wrong move." she said gesturing at her cropped sweater I smiled and opened my arms she immediately hugged me and I wrapped my arms around her waist I kissed her head and she smiled.

Ivan POV

I stared at Dimitri and his arms are wrapped around Rose, he looks so happy like his in peace.

Flashback:

"Want to split these?" Dimitri asked showing me the pie that Mama Olena made "Hell yeah." Viktoria then came in the kitchen and said "Hi brothers." I smiled at her and Dimitri kissed her forehead "Want some?" I asked "Sure."

"Did you hear that?" Rose asked pulling away from Dimitri I frowned and paid attention to my surroundings "Comrade." Rose said we turn around and saw 3 strigois at the gate "behind me Roza."Dimitri said Rose hid behind Dimitri and the male strigoi first spoke "Hi there, we just want some blood, not just any blood, we want the Ozera blood, just give us Natasha Ozera, Christian Ozera and Rose Hathaway - Ozera." I smirked and said "What made you think we will give them to you?" the female strigoi then smiled and said "They have witch blood and witch blood is very powerful the three of them are the answer to everything, all Ozera's knows this, right babe?" the other male strigoi winked at her and said "Give us what we want and we won't send anymore threats.""I'd rather die." Rose said "Be careful what you wish for, my little niece." Dimitri frowned and said "Ben and Freya Ozera, I thought you guys are already dead." Freya smiled and said "Well your wrong, this is Michael Ozera, Christian's half brother, we'll give you 3 days and if you don't give us what we want, we will attack."

"Get lost." We turn around and saw Christian with Queen Tatiana, King Albert, Natasha and 20 other guardians "Is that the proper way to talk to your parents?" Ben asked "Your not my parents." Christian said "Ozera blood flows through your veins, we are your parents, we'lll be back in 3 days." with that they left.

"Belikov, Zeklos go back to your dorm, we'll take it from here." Ken and Yuri said "What about them?" Rose asked "We'll discuss it in the morning." Queen Tatiana said.

Dimitri POV

I lay down beside Rose and she snuggled closer to me "I'm here my love, your safe." I said "I know." she said sighing I kissed her forehead and watched her slowly fall asleep I didn't sleep yet I just want to watch over her , I want to make sure she is safe. After a few hours the sun is slowly rising up I pulled her closer and then went to sleep knowing that we are really safe with the sun rising up.
