After nearly a month long honeymoon we were finally heading home. I have never been more happy and felt more myself in my life! We had our own house to go back to...the pack had been protected thanks to our connections with the covens. Our house was also protected. We heard back from our scientists and we are hybrids...our DNA was shared in the marking process and has changed us both!
Damien and I can now start an entirely new generation for both of our kinds... however this new generation will be more powerful than both vampires and werewolves alike! If we have children they must only be known to our little community that supports us at first! The group that's living on our land in the pack village that we built. We will have to fortify the perimeters with protection spells, masking spells (to keep enemies from tracking our scents ) & let's just say it's a good thing we have a lot of land with all we need!
After hours of travel we arrived home and were welcomed with open arms by all!
I called the covens and then our parents on the flight so we can meet to inform them of the situation.
Our parents were all waiting at our place. We told them all we had learned. They were shocked and wanted to seek more information once the covens arrived. Unfortunately the covens like us didnt know exactly how this all had worked since we are the first in history. As we began to set the table for our meal one of the coven leaders Lewella came to me in the kitchen pulling me into the butlers cabinet for privacy. She whispered "Addie...I um..Have news. I've had a vision and now that I have seen you it is clear!". She pulled a stethoscope from her purse placed it on me and pressed the end to my stomach right where my uterus is! I sat in silence with a look of confusion.... "addie listen closely! " . Once I calmed myself and did as she said I could hear it... two tiny quick heartbeats! "Oh my god ... I'm-I'm Pregnant!" I whispered. Or so I thought!
Suddenly the door burst open and Damien swept me into his arms crying...." I cant belive this ....I'm so happy baby ....I cant wait to be the best father possible!we have to announce this to everyone!"
"NO!not yet it's too early one...we have to wait until the first trimester has passed. Since we are unique now who knows how fast that could be. I know werewolf pups are like humans but I dont know about a hybrid. Vampire pregnancy tends to be faster than humans. "
Lewella chimed in at that moment "actually ...I consulted the spirits and the pregnancy will be very short ...you are only about 1 month "human wise"but in reality you are already ending your first trimester! This pregnancy will fully run its course within the next two months. The children may age quickly until they are 18 or normally of that we are not certain. They will definitely not physically age past 20. "
"Well it looks like we need to tell our parents and schedule the announcement!we also need to prep the room between ours for two boys!" (Addie)
"Wait ! Two BOYS!!! Addie how do you know the sex?!?! " lewella and damien asked in unison.
"They told me! They reached into my mind when I heard their hearts. The told me they are boys!"
