Devika x Alastor - Giving love a second chance. ( An OC x Canon story. )

Still interested. But so confused!

When Devika made it at the West side of the Pentagram, it was to late. No one was around, nothing but... Broken egg demons.. No surprise, she's been flying for less than half an hour..

She frowned, feeling very dissapointed, but was also a little worried, worried about Sir Pentious.. "DAMN IT!!! Why do I care!? He's just a man like all other!" She shouted, irritated at herself..

She then groaned and got down onto her knees, remaining silent.. She stared up into the red sky, confused as fuck, but still so irritated. "Well, I do hope he is alright.." She softly said to herself, then looked at her surroundings. Those eggs.. They wore similar uniforms as his... "Those are probably his minions..?" She softly questioned to herself, then stood up and went to one of the broken egg bois... She tilted her head as she stared at the dead egg.. Suddenly, she looked sad, it's like she was looking at the corpse of a child or an animal. She looked around at the rest of the eggs, all dead and destroyed they were, which made her feel more sadder.. "Those poor eggs.." She softly said to herself, she felt guilty, she wished that she could have gotten here much early to save them all. Who knows, maybe their boss was inured horribly also? After all, he got a bomb thrown into his face...

She then heard a noise from behind and quickly turned to see what it was, it was a spider demon. ( Angel Dust. ) he was walking away, off to somewhere, probably back to do whatever he had to since the turf war was over.. For now. Cherri was no where to be seen however...

Devika sighed a little, she then looked down at the dead and destroyed eggs again... After a moment, she made a decision, her fingers turn into long and pointy claws, as a soft smile appeared onto her face, she decided to bury their bodies instead of leaving them there like that. She began to dig with her claws, digging small holes for each of them.

Unknown to her, she was being watched by Cherri. Cherri watched her as she remained hidden somewhere in the darkness, keeping an eye on her in case she does something stupid like how Sir Pentious did. He literally randomly came in her turf and began causing chaos and destruction! Devika however wasn't causing trouble. She was just digging small holes for each of the eggs and burring them in there. BUT you can never be to sure! So Cherri kept her eye on her, not letting her guard down, so if Devika was gonna cause trouble afterwards, she will be prepared...

After a few hours, Devika finished burring all of the eggs, she stood up and groaned a little in slight pain that she felt in her soar back which she cracks a little after standing up. "U-ugh.. A-at least they got burried up nicely... Poor things.." She said, a little sadly. She then looked around, nothing else to be done around here also, or anything at all...

Cherri was still stalking her, but GOD was she BORED to the FUCKING CORE! She was starting to fall asleep literally, but tried to keep herself awake. When she noticed that Devika was done burrying each egg boi, she quickly flitched up, getting prepared again for in case Devika tried to cause some trouble.. But she didn't.. Devika looked down at the graves of the now burried egg bois with a frown. "Rest well, little ones.. I hope you all go to heaven and find peace and happiness." Devika softly said with a slight smile. She then took off, and left the west side of the Pentagram.

Cherri was a little surprised to see that she didn't cause any trouble, which was weird to her. She knew who Devika was, and knew which side of the pentagram she lived at, so it surprised her that she came all this way just to do.. Nothing? Except bury the egg bois.. "Hmm... What if.. What if we were still at war with that stupid EdgeLord? She was probably gonna support him into the turf war... Or support me..? Ugh.. I don't know.." Cherri said to herself, she felt confused now that she was thinking that way..

~Time Skip, baby! A week later~

Devika was at her apartment, lying on the couch, she hadn't been manipulating a man to break their heart or anything related to men in over a week! She has only been thinking about Pentious.. Those eyes.. Those windows to his soul.. She has been keeping track of the news lately in case something popped up of him. Nothing really... And yes, she bought herself a new TV. She bought it with the stolen money she got from random demons that got to close to her. She didn't work, she stole. Luckily, with practice over her first years in Hell, she has become a professional thief... Well.. When it came to stealing wallets at least. After all.. Why work like a slave and earn a ton of money for someone as they give you small precent of what you earned, but keep the rest for themselves, when you can ust work for yourself and keep EVERYTHING you're earned... Well, stole. But still!
