The Next day.

Devika was starting to slowly wake up, she started to notice where she was at.. In the Hotel.. In her room.. She blinked, her eyes opening up more. "The.. Hotel? How.. Did I get here?" She asked, looking around. When she moved her hand a little, she felt like someone held onto it. She froze when she felt that, then looked down to see what was going on. "H-huh..?" She said, then went silent when she saw Alastor was sitting on a chair, with his top half lying on the bed and sleeping, he held onto her hand in his sleep as well. He looked so peaceful, innocent and cute when he slept. She smiled softly with a slight blush. "...How can someone everyone fears so much.. Someone so horrorfying and cruel... Be so cute and innocent..?" She softly said.

Devika soon tried to get her hand off his, but that ended up waking him up. "H-huh?!" He sat up, looking around a little then looked up at her. She got a bit startled when he woke up, but then frowned. "I'm s-sorry! I didn't mean to wake you up like that... I.. Just wanted to.. get your hand off mine so I can prepare breakfast.. And something for you included as well.." Dev said. Alastor was confused, but looked a bit sleepy still. He looked at his hand and noticed that he held her's a little. "O-oh!" He let her go right away. "I-I apologise.." He said, looking a bit guilty. Devika blinked, but then smiled. "Don't presure yourself! It's nothing serious!" She said. "But--" He was about to say something, but she interrupted him. " And no, I don't care why you're in my room, or what you were doing here.. But I do know is..." She was saying, raising her hands a bit with a soft grin. Alastor looked so confused, raising a brow, lowering the other, what was she plotting.

She quickly grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him in the bed. He gasped in shock, and she quickly pinned him down, holding him by the shoulders, sitting next to him, with a smile. "I do know is that you'll lie down here, and wait for me to finish you breakfast! Just like the times you've prepared things for me." She said with a smile.

His eyes widen a bit in surprise, was she really gonna do this for him? He doesn't remember how long it was when he last got something small but nice like this prepared for him. "...R-really? You would make me breakfast?" He asked. Devika nodded. "Duh! Of course! You're my friend, and... You've done a lot for me.. You deserve something nice.." She said. He blinked she could see that spark of joy in his eyes. "Heh. Come on now! It's like it's the first time someone does this for you.." She said. He then let out a soft sigh. "Not the first.. But.. I haven't been shown such nice gestures in many years.." He said, his spark was gone, his smile was there, but he showed slight sadness in his eyes.

Devika blinked, she felt bad for him.. She sighed with a slight frown. "...W-well.. I.. F-from now on! I'll be doing these type of things for you! Just to make you happy! And let the world know that... You're not as scary as they make you seem." She said.

He froze when she said that. He then laughed. "Hahahah! Oh, I don't mind people viewing me as a horrific being! I love the way they view me! I can take them all to my advantage~" He said with a big grin stretched across his face. Devika stared at him with surprise, not fear. "Damn.. Ok.. Maybe you're not as pure as I thought you were..." She said, puffing her cheeks a bit. "Ha! No~" He said. Devika smiled softly, rolling her eyes at him. "You asshole~" She said, then got off him. He chuckled, taking it as a compliment. "Thank you, my dear!~" He cheerfully said. Devika laughed a little as she got off the bed and walked away towards the kitchen. "Ok! You stay here, while I prepared something for you, my good man!" She said, and bumped into the door. "Uff!! Fuck you!" She said to the door, rubbing her nose, Alastor chuckled a bit. "Is everything alright, dear?" He asked, he found it funny, but at the same time, he worried a bit. "Yes, I am fine! Don't worry.. I've had worse.. Especially after that haunted house experience.. " She said, Alastor's smile softened a lot and quickly, he still couldn't forget how she looked like.. Thanks to Vox..
