Devika x Alastor - Giving love a second chance. ( An OC x Canon story. )

Beginning of a new friendship.

Devika smiled a bit, then gently pat his shoulder. "Well... Now we know our stories! How we became who were are.." She said. Alastor sighed with a smile, and nodded. "Yes.. And honestly.. I feel like.. This has made us much closer.. Than we once used to be." He said. Devika chuckled and nodded. "Y-yeah~" She said.

Vox huffed, he couldn't believe his plan failed, and that she wasn't so depressed at all with Alastor after sharing all of this with him.. And that she didn't hate him for that fact that he too couldn't sneak into heads but didn't sneak into hers and just let her speak out her life story like that. He hated seeing Alastor happy, his biggest enemy.. And he strongly was hoping that Devika wouldn't fall inlove for him..

Devika now didn't know what to do after this.. "Err.. S-so.. What do you wish to do now?" She asked him, confused. Alastor shrugged, he didn't know either. Both began to think.  Devika looked around, seeing that she hasn't fully cleaned the kitchen yet. "O-oh.. This place.. It still a wreck.." She said Alastor forgot about it too, his ears rising up into their usual position. "Oh! H-heh.. I guess we both got a little distracted there!" He chuckled. She chuckled as well, then looked up at him with a smile and nodded. "Yes! I guess maybe weare getting very old! We've been in Hell for decades after all~" She playfully teased. Alastor laughed at that, then nodded. "Makes sense!" He chuckled. Devika giggled. "C-come on! Let's clean up. Maybe we'll come up with something to do after done cleaning." She said. Alastor nodded in agreement.

So the two began to finish cleaning up the kitchen. The two were talking a little from time to time about something random, about the Hotel or about themselves. Alastor was quite fun and cheerful person, and Devika enjoyed his company a lot.

Soon, they finished cleaning the kitchen, there were lots of things that were broken and some needed to be replaced, but other than that, it was clean. They decided to go downstairs now and help Charlie and the others with the Valentines Day Party that got ruined by Mimzy.

Vaggie and Devika along with Alastor, cleaned one side of the large room, while Charlie and Baxter cleaned a different side. Nifty was also helping around, but she went to a different room to clean since she was very quick on her feet, Husk and Angel were helping her.

Vaggie soon noticed that Alastor was a bit far from her and Dev, and she huffed, but felt relieved. Literally she hated the very sight of Alastor. Devika noticed Vaggie giving him a nasty look and frowned a bit. "Vags..?" She softly said to her, trying to get her attention. Vaggie slightly flitched when she heard Devika call her, then turned to looked at her. "Y-yes, Devika?" aggie asked. "Come on now, Vags.. I know that you don't like him but.." Devika was saying, and Vaggie shot a glare at her. "But what?" She said with an attitude added to that question. Devika sighed a bit, she had a feeling that she was gonna regret telling Vaggie this or even trying to make her see Alastor in a different light. "I know that he's 'bad', and creepy as fuck, dangerious and such.. But, he saved me! If he truely didn't care about anyone.. He wouldn't have bothered saving me from Mimzy!" Devika said to her.

Vaggie was silent for, looking at the ground, thinking, but she still didn't like or trust Alastor one bit.. Devika saw that look in her eyes, she could tell what she was thinking and that irritated her a little. She groaned slightly rolling her eyes, then showing Vaggie her hands. "Look! He even healed my nasty wounds on the hands! And wrists!" She said as Vaggie looked at her hands and wrists with slight wide eyes, this was very surprising for her. She never thought that the Radio Demon would do something like this for someone other than himself. "I..I don't know.. What if he wants something from you which he doesn't have? W-what if.." Vaggie was saying, she still strongly doubted him, but he also worrid her, this behaviour was not like him.. Was it? Devika rose a brow, seeing that she didn't finish her sentence fully. "What if..?" Devika asked her with a slight glare, she sounded a bit irritated but also curious.. Vaggie sighed.. "...What if he hurts you.. Y-you know.. If you become closer than now..?" She asked with worry.
