Witnessing her true power.

Cora sighed, then shook her head, focusing. Even if it was the summoning, she needed to do this. She took a deep breath or two and finally chanted the words a third and final time. Things were awfully quiet except for the chaos and panic that's happening outside the bathroom..

Cora looked around, nothing was happening around the place. She looked down at the TV and necklace, she noticed the pearls were all pitch black and the crystals and gems were red as blood and slightly glowing.. But nothing was happening.. Cora let out a soft sigh, she thought that this summoning might have failed.. "I knew it was to simple and weird to be an actual summoning.. W-who knows what I truely did.." She softly said to herself as small tears rolled down her cheeks...

She then stood up and was about to leave, until she heard a noise behind her... She froze with wide eyes, she had no idea what she had done right now, but oh boy, she was hoping she didn't do some kind of crazy black magic or summoned some kind of monstrosity or put up some curse.

Cora gulps and slowly turned around, and once she fully did, she noticed that the TV and her necklace was missing.. She squeaked and nearly fell back as she backed away to the door, this was shocking to her. "What ust happened!? It was there a few seconds ago!" She thought to herself as she was shaking, her sweat drops rolling down her forehead and the side of her face.

She quickly turned to the door, grabbing onto the door knob, turning it. "I need to get out of this horror house!" She said and was about to open the door, until she was pulled back with incredible force which caused her to scream in terror. Someone quickly took her into their grasp and covered her mouth to silence her. She struggled to get free as she continued to scream in his hand, the person holding her growled a bit. "SILENCE, WOMAN!" He shouted as he slightly gripped onto her face.

Cora froze and went silent, emediatelly she recognized that voice. It was Vox's! "V-Voxy?" She softly said and muffled in his hand. Vox huffed, soon letting her go once he noticed that she was no longer in panic after realizing that he wasn't a random stranger. "Yes, yes.." He said, sounding a bit annoyed. Before he could do or say anything else, Cora quickly pulled him into a hug. "I'm so sorry that I was so mean to you! I-I didn't mean to make it sound like that! I just wanted you to be happy and sure of your actions! I know you wanted to truely be loved and be happy, but I-I'm s-s-s.. I'm so STUPID! I'm so sorry! I'm so so very sorry that I hurt you!" Cora cried as she held onto him, crying onto his shoulder.

Vox froze with wide eyes, he was surprised by all of this, he thought that she'd still be somewhat afraid of him, but here she is, hugging him so close, crying and apologising to him as she blamed herself.. He blinked slightly letting himself go, as he stared at the back of her head since she was still hugging him tightly and close.. Slowly he placed his hands on her back, gently hugging her back... "T-that.. Is all quite alright.. I.. Shouldn't  have let my emotions get to me like that.." He said. The way he said it sounded quite emotionless, but there was a hint of guilt in there. "B-but I triggered you! It's all my fault.. I ruined everything! I forced you to get a bad impression.. If it wasn't for me, none of this wasn't gonna happen! I'm so sorry!" Cora cried.

Vox sighed softly, soon letting her go, and looking into her eyes, placing his hands on her shoulders. "T-that's quite alright.. R-really! ...I was.. Planning to tell her anyway.. About who I truely am.. If we got even closer over time.." He said.. Cora sniffed "W-why.. Would you do that? She would have hated you again anyway.." Cora said, then she wiped the tears off her eyes.. Vox was silent for a moment, his expression slightly changed into a saddened one.. "..Because.. Because if I'm gonna be with someone very special to me.. And want them to love me.. I want them to trust me.. She was gonna find out about me anyway, but from others.. So I wanted to get a little close to her and be on her good side before I honestly tell her all about myself.." He said. He sounded completely honest, and a little sad..
