Part 2

Third person POV
Y/n and Kun found their way to one of the gardens of the royal castle. There the tables were being set for three people.

"I hope you don't mind, mother will be joining us," Kun pulled the chair out for Y/n.

"Of course, it would be wonderful for her to join," Y/n watched Kun sit down next to her.

Soon after Kun's mother arrived from a meeting, and greeted the young couple.

"I hope you didn't wait too long for me, the meeting held me up," Kun stood up to pull the chair out for her.

"No no, it wasn't long. Glad you could make it," Y/n beamed.

The servers brought out devine wine for the three to drink this afternoon.

"Y/n I heard you did outstanding in your public speaking class, I'm so glad! You are learning really fast," Kun's mother said taking a sip from her glass.

"Yes, I've been enjoying learning about Aligovia and it's history, and learning how to eventually help Kun lead this country," Y/n said confidently.

"Yes mother, she has really good ideas to help with the education system here, and trading wise," Kun proudly says.

"That's wonderful, don't they say 'children are our future'. Which brings me to ask when am I going to be a grandmother," Kun's mother cheekily asks making the young couple laugh.

"When the time comes, we will know. Right now I am very busy with the transitioning of Aligovia's king, I want y/n to focus on her education of this country and start teaching her own classes for the nearest cities children," Kun says.

"Once we are married and ready, we will try for a child, an heir who'll do wonderful things for this country," Kun adds.

The three continue their afternoon chats till Kun was called for an unexpected meeting and Y/n had one last lesson before the day ends.

When the night rolls around, the palace chefs prepare dinner and have it sent to the Kings chambers. A knock on the door interrupts y/n from her writing.

Y/n POV

"Oh I thought we were to have supper in the dining hall," Y/n said confusingly.

"The King has asked for your supper to be sent in the chambers, may I set up?" Y/n had let them bring the food inside the bedroom to set up and then left with a bow.

"Wonderful supper arrived," Kun is dressed in his night wear after a shower.

"What is the meaning of this spontaneous supper in our bedroom?" Y/n smiles and wraps her arms around Kuns neck.

"I know since I have taken on the roll of Aligovia's King and you taking on lessons, we barely have time for each other, so I wanted for us to have supper just the two of us," Kun pecked my lips.

"Very romantic, let's eat before it gets cold,"

"Love, you know how we had a birthday celebration for my birthday last month?" Kun asks then sipping some wine.

"How could I forget, The New Years along with your birthday was on of the biggest celebrations I've ever attended," I answered.

"Since your birthday is coming up, I was wondering if we can do a birthday ball for you. We could invite Sicheng, your father, representatives from out allies, the most beautiful decorations and delectable meals," Kun excitedly said.

"A ball? For me? Are you sure?"

"We take birthday's very seriously, it's a celebration of life and prosperity, and I want to do this for you," Kun took my hand.

"A ball does sound nice, and beautiful. I also haven't seen Sicheng or my father in a very long time, it would be nice to see them," I smiled.

"Then It's settled we will begin preparations," Kun kisses my hand.

Once the food was eaten, wine was drunk, the servers took the things from the Kings chambers. The wine taking over the two as they hit the beds soft mattress.
