I woke up to an alarm. I checked the time. 6:30! I set my alarm for 6:00! I frantically got out of bed. What the heck? Where was I? I looked around. I walked past a mirror, but my reflection showed a guy. Turner. Ah, he was only wearing boxers.... I panicked, but calmed myself down. I just needed to get to school. I went over to his dresser. I pulled out his jeans and a red t-shirt. I slipped the t-shirt over my, or his, head. I pulled up the jeans too. I found his black Vans and put them on. I grabbed his backpack and went downstairs. I was startled to see his parents, but kept calm. "So what's for breakfast?" I asked his mom. "Your not just going to grab a granola bar and go?" His mom asked. "Oh, uh...yeah. I was just kidding. Bye mom!" I said awkwardly. I grabbed a granola bar from a bowl on the counter. I remembered that Turner drove to school. "Keys, keys, keys..." I said. His mom pointed to the shelf. "Thanks mom." I said. It felt weird. I grabbed the keys and went outside. I clicked the unlock button to see which car was his. A black Subaru beeped. I walked to it and climbed in the drivers seat. I back out of the garage carefully. I hadn't driven in a while. My parents couldn't afford a car for me, and they always needed theirs. I grabbed Turner's phone. "Hey Siri, directions to school." I said. "Getting directions to school..." Siri responded. I followed the navigation. I pulled into the school parking lot and parked. I grabbed the backpack and hurried into the building I had to find Turner. I walked through the halls. I went to my locker to wait for...me...to show up. Then, I realized that it was a dumb idea. Turner didn't know where my locker was. I decided to wait at the bus loop. I checked the time. 7:00. Turner should be arriving soon. I waited on a bench, but finally I saw my bus pull up. I ran up to it and waited for everyone to get off. When my body walked off, I grabbed my arm and pulled Turner to the soccer field. No one was there in the morning, so it was perfect. "Maddy, is that you? In my body?" He asked. I nodded. "Do you know what's going on?" I asked. "I was hoping you knew." He answered. I started pacing. I was freaking out. I was probably making Turner look like an idiot in his body. "Ok think, there has to be a logical explanation. When were we alone together..." I stopped those words from coming out. "There was the cave..." He said. "Where the crystals glowed, and the water fizzed and sparkles when we both jumped in." He continued. "Great. So we are cursed by a magical cave. Are we gonna be stuck like this forever?" I said, freaking out even more. "Hey, hey. Calm down. It's gonna be ok." He said putting a hand on my shoulder. It sounded a little weird coming from myself, but my face went a little red. I took a deep breath. "So what do we do?" I asked. "I don't know, but we should just continue the day as each other, and see how it turns out." He replied. "I guess....it really is the only option for now." I said. He smiled. For once my smile, on my face, looked genuine. It didn't look weird, or fake. I didn't want to criticize myself for once. Except for the fact that it wasn't me. It was Turner. My smile looked so brightened. Was he always this genuinely happy person? "So...." He started. "How did you do getting dressed..." He asked nervously. My face went utterly and completely red. "Well, I didn't shower, so sorry about that. It was amazingly shocking to wake up to be a boy...only wearing boxers. I just quickly put on jeans and a t-shirt." I said. I hated everything I said after it came out. I sounded so stupid, yet he just smiled. "Cool." He replied. I looked down at the ground. "You know, you look way less cute doin that in my body. You don't even have long hair to nervously play with." He said with a laugh. I was shocked, I covered my blushing cheeks. "W-What! I don't even know what your talking about! Doing what?!" I said. He laughed. "Being nervous, you look so cute when you get nervous. Then again, you look cute when your not nervous too." He said. My cheeks got hotter. I looked further down to the ground, avoiding eye contact. "Oh, and just thought I would let you know, I didn't look." He said. I looked up at him. "Look at what?" I asked. "You. When I was getting you dressed. FYI, you are wearing a bathing suit under this. I put it on with my eyes closed because I didn't think you wanted me to look at you." He explained. "Oh..yea, ok, um, thanks." I said nervously. He smiled. "Well, I'll see you in English. Remember, you are Turner, er, me." He said. I nodded. I watched as he walked off the soccer field. Did he really mean the things he said?
