NO POV
Everyone got up from their seats to look at the beautiful view of Tenrou Island; it may have been a place where they had some bad memories, but there is no denying its gorgeous beauty. And there in the middle of the island was the ancient tree that gave Fairy Tail members their strength and power. The ship was drawing near the shore and everyone got paired up in their teams and began the race.
"Juvia!" Gray shouted as he started an ice path for him and Juvia to run to shore.
"Right!" Juvia nodded at Gray and they started running along the path, it shortly disappeared as soon as they ran over it.
"Natsu get up." Lucy tried to get Natsu moving, but it was no use with the boat still moving. "I summon Gate of the Ram: Aries!"
"Y-yes Lucy." Aries trembled slightly, awaiting an order from Lucy.
"Can you make a path out of your fluff for Natsu and me?" Lucy asked.
Aries nodded as she started making a path to the shores of the island and Loke appeared out of nowhere (as usual) and picked up Natsu. "Thought you could use a hand getting him over to the island."
" Thanks Loke." Lucy smiled and started running with Loke carrying Natsu behind her as they made their way to the shores of the island.
"Requip!" Erza requips into her Demon Empress form and picks up Jellal by the collar of his shirt. She tells him to hold on and she makes her way over to the island. Evergreen saw that Erza and Jellal was beating her and Elfman. She uses her wings and picks up Elfman to fly over to the island, but they only make it a fourth of the way before they fall in the water.
Mira and Levy were stuck in the same boat with their partners being prong to motion sickness. Mira transformed into her Satan Soul and picked up Laxus, and flew over to the shore of the island. Levy didn't know how to get Gajeel up so that they could swim to the island.
"Carla! Happy! Do you think that you could help us out and fly us to the island?" Romeo asked and Carla thought for a moment.
"Fine, but this is the only time that we will help you." Carla picked up Wendy and Happy got Romeo as they made their way over to the island.
Lisanna transformed into a bird and Bixslow climbed on her back as she spread her wings. They flew to the island shore leaving Gajeel and Levy behind on the boat.
Levy used her solid script magic and made iron for Gajeel. He ate it and got up long enough to climb over the edge of the boat, they started swimming to the island.
Gray and Juvia were neck and neck with Lucy and Natus, who is not sick anymore. "Natsu, we need to find a way to get ahead of them." Lucy got an idea and Natsu caught on before she had to say anything.
"Fire Dragon Wing Attack!" Natsu's flame attack caused Juvia and Gray to fall in the water, which gave Lucy and Natsu the chance to get to the island first. There were 18 bags stacked up in a giant pile when they arrived at shore.
"What bags should we get?" Lucy walked up to the piles and started pulling some bags out.
"Just grab the biggest two and lets go." Natsu grabs one bag and hands another one to Lucy, and they start running to the paths that they had to take during the S-class wizard test.
"Um...Lucy you pick which tunnel we should go through." Lucy looked at Natsu and then the tunnels. There were different signs for each tunnel, but the names were kinda off. They were lettered signs, and each one had two letters. Here is what the signs said: J&E, N&L, G&J, L&G, R&W, C&H, L&B, E&E, and M&L
"Eeh...I think that we should go through that tunnel." Lucy points to the one in the middle, and that just happened to be the sign that said N&L. They ran down the tunnel until they can upon a clearing. It was dimly lit inside the tunnel, but in the center of the clearing was a glowing platform shaped like a star with a red tint in the center.
"Do you think we should get on there?" Lucy asked walking forward slowly motioning for Natsu to follow.
"Well I don't see why we shouldn't." Natsu grabbed Lucy's hand and pulled her onto the platform with him. At first nothing happened, but then everything started glowing and Lucy clung onto Natsu out of instinct. After a few seconds everything went white and then black, and Nalu (Natsu & Lucy) disappeared.
Gray's POV
"Gah!" I was knocked off the ice path that I had made for Juvia and I to get to shore on, and flame brain's fire made it melt. I really hate him sometimes, but with Lucy by his side...this competition is going to be a little bit tougher. I felt the water around me surging as I was zoomed through the waves to the shore. Juvia is using her magic to get me to shore. I make it on shore just in time to see Lucy and Natsu running away with the biggest supply bags. Dang it! They got here first.
"Graysama! Hurry we need to catch up to them." Juvia grabs two bags and throws one at me as she grabs my hand leading to to the tunnels from the S-class test. The tunnel that says N&L is closed...hmm that must be the one that Natsu and Lucy went through.
"Graysama, Juvia don't know which tunnel we should go through." Juvia looked at me and I studied the signs a little bit harder and noticed the lettering of each one. Maybe each tunnel is meant for a specific team.
"We need to go through that tunnel." I point to the tunnel that has a G&J on it. Juvia nods and I take her hand as we run through the tunnel into the unknown. We run for a while before we come upon a clearing, sorta like a cave. There was an platform shaped like a water droplet with an ice like texture.
"Juvia thinks that we should get on the platform." I nod and she starts walking forward, but I grasp her hand and walk with her. She smiles gently, but I know on the inside she is freaking out. I chuckle to myself and step onto the platform along side Juvia. the next thing we know is everything starts glowing and the world turns white then slowly fades to black...

What happened to Gray and Juvia...and let's not forget about Lucy and Natsu. Also what will happen to the other teams...you'll have to wait for the next chapter!!!
