Big Day

Riley's POV

" Why didn't you protest, Riley!!! Dammit!!" Josh said gritting his teeth angrily. 

I looked at him weirdly for two reasons. Firstly, his reaction which was oddly unmatchable with this situation because he was angry for no valid reason. It was completely my personal matter. He was angry as hell. Like he wanted to burn something and he was showing that only to me. I sighed. Secondly, he called me with my first name for the first time though he knows why I hate being called Riley. But weirdly it didn't sound awkward. It rang good. Usually I don't tolerate even anyone calls someone else with that name.

" It's my personal issue. You shouldn't interfere and most importantly you shouldn't spy around me. I am a free human being." I said and he gave me a cold stare as he walked toward me.

I gulped and looked around if I could find an escape. But like always God wasn't kind to me. I mean why God!! Why do you do this kind of injustice with me all the time? What have I ever done?!! Can't you be my savior for once in my life!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.

" Say that again?" He asked me as he caged me in between the car and himself.

" Calm down. No need to react much." I said to him. " It's just a small issue. She hasn't killed me yet. So, relax. A deep breath and in and breath out. Calm yourself. Feel the mental peace." I said to him.

" Shut up!!" He said coldly.

" Hey!!! It works." I said to him and he gave me a look that made my blood frozen inside my veins at once.

Like really, RD?!! You are getting scared of a man!!! You hate male species. You can do it. Don't get scared. I nodded.

" If you are thinking that you can scare me with those glares then you are wrong here. Nothing can scare RD. Specially a man can never ever do that." I said to him gathering all my courage.

" Who told that you are scared. Right. RD can't be scared because she doesn't know the word fear. But don't worry I will love to invent it for you now that we have whole the life to do that." He said and I rolled my eyes.

" Try yourself. You will find out not everything is as easy as you think it is." I said to him.

" And you surely should know that I never lose." He said.

" Then you should also know that RD knows how to defeat her opponents in the oddly worst way possible." I said.

" Then you should remind that to your enemies not me." He said leaning closer. " And I will definitely help you in that." He said.

" Nice try." I chuckled. " But neither it helped you nor it melted me." I said to him and he smirked.

" Let's see how it works. Told you once that if easy words doesn't work easily then Josh can make it work the other way around." He said. " Hope that you remember my words.

" I decided not to because your damn words didn't scare me." I said. He chuckled.

" Alright. It made work if I show you a demo, right?" He asked me.

" Rubbish." I said.

" Trash." He said. I glared at him.

" Come on. Move. I have works to do. I can't waste my time with you. And by the way don't you have works to do?!! Why are you bothering me,huh?!" I asked him.

" I am doing my work only." He said and leaned a bit more closer. " And trust me I am loving it." He said.

" But I am hating your presence around. It is irritating me." I said to him.

" Then get used to it." He said. "After all you have to bear me for rest of your life." He said. I rolled my eyes.

" I will not even see your face if you keep irritating me." I said.

" I will keep irritating you and you will not go anywhere. Neither I am stopping irritating you not letting you go. It's fun to irritate you." He said. I glared at him.

" If you want to be safe then stop playing with danger and leave me alone you don't even have any idea what you are doing. Go back to home and have a beautiful date with your girlfriend. It will help you to reduce your mental sickness." I said to him.

" Oh, a great idea. What kind of date do you think I should arrange for my girlfriend?" He asked me.

" You know better what kind of date your girlfriend likes." I rolled my eyes.

" Whatever but I wanted to know that from you. Just tell me one?!" I asked him.

" Annoying as hell." I said to him.

" Yes, thank you." He said.

" You are welcome." I said.

" But you didn't tell me about the date." He said. I sighed.

" Urrrghh... I don't know." I saif.

" What kind of date do you like? " He asked me.

" I don't know. I choose randomly." I said.

" Then choose something randomly and tell that to me." He said. I knew he will not leave me before I tell him. Stupid, stubborn, idiot.

" Well, you can take her on a beach date or something like that. Ocean view is one of the most beautiful thing. No woman but Victoria is afraid of ocean that I know." I said and he chuckled.

" Victoria is afraid of ocean? " He asked.

" Yes. She never even goes for a photoshoot on the beach." I said to him.

" Interesting." He said.

" Sure. Now let me go. I can't stop here all the day with you." I said.

" Alright. Come with me. I will leave you wherever you want to go." He said.

" I can manage."  I said.

" I hope you remember last night." He said.

" Moron." I said.

" Yes. Thank you. Get in." He said opening the door for me. I sat inside and kept cursed him. He left me to the headquarter. It was a big day for me. Big big day.
