"We are wasting time," Lillian insists, looking back at me sharp in the eyes, her brown eyes burning.

We are currently walking inside an empty water tunnel, deep and dark. It smells like dust and midst of suffocating darkness –if that even have scent. This somewhat reminds me of the tunnel in Rome. One of the worst job I've ever done because I've lost not just a team member then, I've lost my friend.

"Wait," Charlotte suddenly says, making all eyes turn to her instantly. "The heat device got something." She walks deeper inside wracked-two stories building, eyes switching from the ruins and to her device ever so often. "It's coming from back there.. one figure- no there's two of them! I.. can't believe he can really know this."

"Don't get satisfied too quickly," Lillian warns.

We followed the track, going through Zion's direction. He looks very alert and confident with his moves, his dark eyes darting around the whole place swiftly and sharply.

After walking some more, we are finally met with a steel fence that sepparates the way. We climb up the rusty thing, taking notes that it wouldn't be easy to get out with this route so we'd better find another exit.

As we get into what seems like the heart of the underground, judging from the wide space and very high and huge, oval ceiling above us, we saw the curse creatures we were searching. Here where it's dark and dusty and smells like blood, they watch us with hard glare and sharp teeth. There's a few holes in the above, but it's too small to give great effect such as burning them. It could still hurt them, unless there's trueblood amongst them.

There's human gathering into small circle behind them with terrified look. Their eyes are wistful watching us.

The group of vampires gather around the humans like a fence, glaring at us with their bloody fangs out. They're a small colony of fifteen something, and it seems to me that they use these human as their endless supply of food. These humans must've been unimune.

I smirk knowing that they'd stand no chance. Their number is way smaller than what I'd expected.

Glancing to my sides swiftly, I catch my girls ready with their weapon. Their position fixed and their gaze sharp yet steady. I hold up my left hand, and with one motion my team mates quickly launch forward at the vampires.

I approach slowly, watching as the biggest vampire that seems to be their leader launch passed my team mates and towards me. I point my gun at him, shooting a few times at his direction. And of course he is very fast, but two of my bullets succeed to settle on his figure though it doesn't seem to stop him much. My focus is suddenly interupter by the feeling of fast thin air pass me, something that gets me on guard and notice another vampire launching at me from my side. I quickly duck down as it jumps at me, rolling to the side, I catch her slender hand and pull her to the ground. I twist her arm underneath me and lock her down by stepping my foot on her neck. Quick and hard to make it done as fast as I can get, receiving a loud cracking sound.

I grab my gun from the floor then, shooting her right on her head twice before looking back at the male vampire I was fighting before.

He is already so close to me and very determined, another three bullets get to his abdomen as I shoot but he still launches at me. I throw my now empty gun away, fighting hand in hand it is then.

Leaping when he tried to grab my neck, I swirl my body down and tried to knock his feet with this angle, but he jumps before I even can. He has skill, I bet this is the leader. In most cases I always get to fight the leader, but there are some ridiculous scene where they choose to corner me with a lot of the weaker ones.
