"The way I see it, we have two options file a lawsuit or ignore it." Jesse explained

"We can't file a lawsuit," I told him "I'm not going to let his whole family suffer for what he did." I told him the truth "Can I talk to him?" I asked.

"Are you insane? After all that's he's done to you. I'm not letting you within a mile from him." There was no way I was talking to Finn unless, "What

if you come with? And Quinn and Puck?" Jesse smiled. Then he kissed me. "If this is what you want, trying to fix a broken record. I'm going to be there." Jesse vowed I tried to take his shirt off but he stopped me. "Your were just almost rapped two hours ago. And you really want to sleep with me again?" He asked " Jesse I'm already pregnant. And I love you so what are you worried about?" I couldn't read his expressions

"I don't want you to be uncomfortable. I want you to be ready for whatever I'm giving you." Jesse pulled down his shirt. "If you won't sleep with me, your at least gonna make out with me." I could tell Jesse wouldn't go with it. "It's the least you owe me." I begged.

Fine." He smiled. He pulled me on him. "I want hickey style making out." I told him

"I'll do my best." He laughed.

"Try not to bring up Jesse." Quinn told me. We were on our way to talk to Finn.

"Hey." Finn whispered.

"Hi." I replied. I held my breath. I always forgive him too easily. I know myself I would forgive him again.

"Rachel, I'm so sorry for what I did." We sat down next to each other.

"In still having trouble figuring out why you did it." I told him

"I honestly don't know why." Finn said placing his hand on my leg. Jesse stared at his hand on my leg. I had a flashback of when he did that earlier. I flinched away.

"I don't want things to be weird between us." He said. "Before it happened you wanted to ask me something, what is it?" I couldn't possibly ask him to be my best man.

"Oh, just a glee homework assignment question." I lied.

"Can you forgive me?"

"No." I cried this was the full truth. His face went pale. So did everyone else's in the room. "I always forgive you. When you slept with Santana, cheated on me with Quinn. Hell, even when you yelled at me for getting pregnant! I can't forgive you for assaulting me. I want to but I can't!" I stormed out of the room crying. Jesse and Puck followed, Quinn shot Finn a dirty look then joined them.

"You did the right thing Rachel." Puck assured me. I saw the rest of the glee club pretending not to eavesdrop.

"I love you Rachel, but I have to go quickly." Jesse said before chasing after principal Figgins.

In the hallway Jesse as walking me to class, something happened. Something that would change Jesse forever. Karasky. "I have a dance lesson with Mike today, but after." I was cut off. David bumped into Jesse on purpose. "Excuse me." Jesse said.

"I don't care if you were a big deal at your old school. But listen your not here. " he disrespected Jesse. "I'm a teacher at this school you can't speak to me that way." Jesse told him

"The only thing your teaching us is how to be a loser, and knock up your girlfriend." His friend said. "Just let it go babe." I urged him but he didn't

"Well congrats you just landed yourself a spot in Saturday detention." Jesse punished him

"This is bull crap!" He yelled. Jesse ignored him and walked me to my class. "Can you actually give him detention?" I asked

"I'm a teacher here, Rach." He explained

"But you don't even finish college."

"The school is willing to hire me as long as I do online classes."

"Permanently?"

"As long as I want."

"I'm in my last year of high school. Then we can get out of this town, with Lorelei."

"I don't want you to abandon your dreams, but your going to be a mom I don't think either of us is gonna want to leave her, let alone be able to. I want us to move to New York. But what if we need somebody to babysit? We need to think about the possibility that are dreams are going to be delayed." I really didn't want to face the fact I was gonna be a mom. "I know I'm pregnant and all, but I don't really think of myself being a mom."

"Rachel, your gonna be the coolest mom ever. I'm going to be in your shadow all throughout her life.' He cheered me up.

"Rachel I need to talk to you about something." Quinn told me "You know how I get your mail now so you don't have to leave your house unless you want to. I saw the acceptance letter."

"To where?" I asked

"N.Y.A.D.A." I screamed. Ever since I realized I couldn't go to Julliard, for many reasons. The only chance I have of getting on Broadway is NYADA.

"I can't believe it!"

"What about her?" Quinn asked. I started crying.

"I'm taking a gap year. I'm staying in Ohio once the next school year started in going to college." I explained. "I have to go tell Jesse." I ran into Jesse's office. I saw Mr Shue and him talking.

"I figured it out out." I panted.

"Figured want out?" Mr Shue asked. Then I sat the acceptance letter one his desk. Jesse looked at it and then lifted me up in a hug. "That's amazing!" He congratulated me.

"Rachel that's amazing, but what about your daughter?" Mr Shue asked. Jesse looked nervous

"I'm taking a gap year. She'll be like one when I go to college. I want to stay in Ohio for her first year of her life. She can be with her family, when it matters." It all sounded crazy in three months I was going to be a mom. "School is over for today. But we need to practice for regionals tonight." Mr Shue said
