Labor

"What are we going to do We don't have the carseat, babe." I yelled. I was still in labor. This was an experience that would traumatize me for the rest of my life.

"I'm sure when my parents come they'll get my car." He smiled.

"Your car has two seats Jesse, what are we going to do with three family members?" I screamed

"Babe, you can use my car until you find a new one." Quinn said.

"Am I ready yet?" I asked the doctor

"Almost, your 8 centimeters dilated. As for your contractions they are 2 minutes apart." She informed us.

"I can already picture Lorelei " Jesse tried to make me feel better.

"Yeah I can to!" I yelled. "And she better be pretty damn perfect for this pain to be worth it."

"Hey guys." Shelby said walking into the room. "I heard somebody's in labor." I screamed in pain again

"Idiot!" I shouted at Jesse. "I could have had an almost painless day today."

"Don't yell at your fiance hunny." She advised me. "Just a couple more minutes until you can start pushing." Jesse held my hand.

"I still have to push!" I yelled.

"Jesse I love you so much." I kissed him.

"Why are you being so nice to me now?" He was confused.

"I'm sorry I've been so mean to you. I can't handle the pain." I cried. He wiped my tears away with his hands. A doctor came in with a couple of nurses. "Time to push." She said. They eased me into the bed. Jesse ran out to get Quinn and our parents. I wanted everybody to come in but Jesse thought they wouldn't want to watch me give birth. I balled my hand up. Jesse and Quinn grabbed it.

"Push!" The doctor yelled

"Keep breathing." Jesse encouraged me.

"Oh god that's a horrific image." My dad said

"It's gonna be over soon." Quinn told me. I screamed again

"Keep pushing!" The nurse said, over and over again.

"Just shut your mouth!" I yelled

"Your doing great. We almost have a daughter." Jesse laughed.

"If she even has a hair out of place, I swear I'm going to beat you." I threatened him. I pushed one last time, before crying came out. I fell back. All the pain of labor and pregnancy went away. Suddenly all my silly little kid problems went away. I was a mom, fiance to the man I loved more than myself.

I looked around everybody was crying including me

The doctors handed me her. She was a perfect angel. I moved my arms finding a right place for her to lay. "I'm a mom." I cried "Oh my gosh sorry, here hold her Jesse."

"No you hold her." He said reaching to grab her.

"She's perfect." Jesse cried. Quinn smiled.

"Let Quinn hold her." I commanded Jesse. He handed Quinn our baby. She smiled.

"I remember what it feels like to hold a baby." Quinn laughed. Shelby looked at Quinn.

"Are you tired?" Jesse asked me.

"Extremely, but I want to hold my baby." I cried. Quinn handed me her. The doctors came in to talk to us.

"Is she okay? She's a little early." My dad asked.

"Shes is perfectly fine. We do want to keep you two for observation." The nurse said.

"The whole club wants to see her." Quinn said.

"Let them in." I told her they all shoved into the room.

"Holy crap, she's so beautiful." Finn said and he was right

"If course she is. Look at her parents." Tina said

"I wouldn't be surprised if she was more talented than Rachel." Santana sniffed. "I mean it wouldn't be too hard." She finished.

Jesse, remember that fondue for two segment we did? My fans are hoping you would do another video, with Rachel. " Brittany said

"Only if Rachel wants to." Jesse said.

"What could go wrong? We have to stay here for 3 more days." I smiled. "That's cool, I'm gonna go grab my fondue and camera and then we can get started." She rushed off.

"I'm not eating the fondue." I said

"As long as she doesn't bring her cat were fine." Jesse joked.

"What are you gonna do about school?" Artie asked

"I can bring the work in." Quinn said.  

"What's her name?" Sam asked.

"Lorelei, Will." I smiled "St. James."  Lorelei started crying.

"Okay everybody has to leave now, she needs to be fed." Quinn forced them out.

"I'm not exactly sure how to do this." I confided she stopped crying and ate.

Brittany knocked on the door " I got my fondue. We're dipping  strawberries in it. Get it Berrys!" She laughed.

"Yeah just set it up over there." I told her. She set the camera up in front of us.

"Hello, welcome to a very special edition of fondue for two. Today I am joined with the newly engaged parents, Rachel Berry and Jesse St. James." She went on. "So how's parenting working for you?" She asked

"We've been parents for four hours." I told her audience.

"How was labor? I filmed it just in case you want to watch it. Don t worry you can watch it to." She told the camera. "So we have a few questions, first when are you returning to school and second how do you respond to the rumors that your relationship is illegal?" She smiled

"Wait What?" Jesse asked

"Since Rachel's only seventeen, and your nineteen. it's illegal." She finished talking

"Well we were dating in high school, then we broke up. Then we got back together. And now We have a child." I said lifting up Lorelei so the camera can see her.  "That incredible! Thank you two for coming on my show! And thank you guys for watching, tune in next time for Quinn fabray's love life secrets." She turned off the camera.

"Are people really asking about that?" I asked

"I don't know." Jesse frowned.
