I knew as soon as The Edge of Glory finished we had won. The problem was convincing the judges that. It was still clear we'd win. During It's all coming back to me now I looked to Jesse and then Finn. I chose right. I know I did. There was no doubt that I still loved Finn. I want a family with Jesse. I want Lorelei to know her parents love each other. I have to find a way to tell Finn all this. And make Jesse know he's not second choice to me.

"The winner of the 2012 national championship is," the announcer said. I searched for Jesse's hand. It was nervously running through his hair. He noticed I was teaching out to him so he put his hand down. "From William McKinley High School in Lima Ohio, the new directions!" I froze in place. I knew I was a star but winning a national championship made me believe this. Everybody was hugging and kissing. Jesse twirled me around and kissed me.

"We did it." I said.

"While I definitely helped you did it." He laughed. I looked over to Finn hugging Santana.

"All the work paid off." He said.

"Will you be Jesse's best man at our wedding?" I worked up the courage to ask.

"If he's fine with that." Jesse nodded and then I hugged Finn. He was quick to pull Jesse into the hug.

"New York's amazing but I'm really happy to be home." I said to Jesse walking off the plane.

"I have a surprise for you." He said.

"Another one. I know you want to trump your last one but I don't think you can." I smirked and saw Lorelei.

I gasped then ran to her.

"Mommy missed you, my little perfect angel." I took her out of her carseat completely ignoring Shelby.

"Let me hold her too." Jesse said.

"You know it's still weird hearing you guys call yourselves mommy and daddy. It felt like yesterday I was coaching Jesse and encouraging him to friend you so I could meet you."

"It's weird having you be called it." I nudged Jesse

"How was Lori?" I asked.

"She barely cried. Beth loved having her around to play with."

"She's only two and a half months." Jesse smiled and picked up her carseat.

"Bye Shelby."I hugged Shelby so did Jesse.

"Bye Lori," she waved "Rachel don't forget to send me your wedding dress pictures."

"You picked out a wedding dress already?" Jesse asked.

"The weddings in six months Jesse, of course I have."

"Did you pick out your bouquet?"

"I thought you were doing it. Your really picky when it comes to flowers."

"I want the wedding to be as perfect as the bride." He smiled and kissed me.

"Then I have to pick them."

"Make sure they match mine."

"You know complimenting me really turns me on." I covered Lorelei's ears when I said this.

"Should I call Finn then?"

"That's what we were going to do in the hotel right?"

"I was considering it, then I realized I wanted to wait until after the wedding."

"That's a long time."

"No it isn't. We'll have something to look forward to."

"I'm not sure your skills in bed are really worth it."

"Some girls will beg to differ."

"You were amazing, I think. But since you're my first I don't know."

"You were my first one I cared about."

"Thank you." Jesse's face changed after I said he was my first.

"I'm not missing out on my life by marrying you. I already have the love of my life. I don't need more experiences. I have my whole life with you ahead of me. And I was thinking since we're moving to New York after graduation, maybe you can apply to NYADA again."

"That would be a good idea."

"When Lorelei is old enough she can go. And after I win a Tony our future son could go."

"Wait so when your about twenty five you want a son."

"I was hoping after winning a Tony I would settle down and get pregnant. That can't happen anymore."

"I already feel bad about ruining you future. But what would we name our son?"

"I never thought about it."

"You think everything through."

"I know I do but my life went on a different track after Mr Shue took over glee club. I love you and Lorelei, but if I pictured what my life would be right now I would not be here."

"Where would you be?"

"Single. A virgin. I would have probably never met you."

"That would be a tragedy."

"Are you happy to finally be able to drink?"Quinn said to me during lunch at breadsticks. She invited me to get away from Lorelei. I didn't want to go but Jesse said it would be good to spend time with her.

"Alcohol tastes disgusting. But anyway let me see the acceptance letter." I smiled and snatched the letter out if her hands.
There were four of them.

"I was accepted into Yale and Cornell."

"Quinn that's amazing. Which one are you going to?"

"I love New York, but I want a fresh start far away."

"Do you want my opinion?"

"I'm sure your going to give it to me either way."

"I know Yale is bigger and more prestige, but you'd be closer to everything. You could come visit me and your godchild."

"I'll go if you let me see your wedding dress." Her bargaining wasn't good but I couldn't stand holding it back. So I showed her.

"Rachel, it's gorgeous. But let's talk about what this is going to mean for your future."

"We don't need to. I think I'm good with denying the inevitable."

"You and Jesse make and wonderful couple. Rachel you can't get married so young."

"I'm just starting my married life a little earlier."

"Jesse will understand if you want to wait one or two more years."

"But I want to be with him Quinn. I know it's hard to understand but he's my future now. I want to be with him now. Waiting to be fully committed to him would be pointless, when I love him now"
