"Jack this is everyone, everyone, this is Jack," I said, introducing Jack to my large family. Most of my siblings were here with their spouses and they all had at least one kid. I heard a couple of my sisters make a remark about how hot he was and my face turned red.

"Is this the Jack you wont shut up about?" my oldest sister, Lexi, asked and I felt my face get even redder, if possible.

"Lexi, I'm going to stab you in your sleep," I told her.

"So it is," she smiled. "I'm Lexi, as you probably just heard." She held out her hand and Jack shook it.

"I'm Jack, as you all already know."

"We've heard so much about you. You're all she ever talks about," my other sister, Jennifer, said.

"This is why I never visit my family," I explained, looking at Jack his face was red as well. "We should leave, before I commit homicide. Or suicide." I grabbed Jack's arm and pulled him to my room upstairs. As soon as we got to my room I shut the door. "Why did you come here?"

"You left and I realized how much of a douche I was the last week you were in L.A," he explained.

"Did Jack tell you what I told him?"

"Yeah," he nodded.

"Jack. I don't know if I'll ever be 100% normal but I want to try. I can't think of anyone better to try this with, than you," I told him.

He put his hands on my hips and kissed me. "It'd be my pleasure. I know you're serious because that was kind of sappy."

"Well I'm not the most sappy person on the planet, so you should take it as a compliment," I laughed.

"I do," he smiled down at me.

"Stop being sweet because it makes me want to do things that we can't do since my family is downstairs," I smiled.

He put his finger over his lips. "Be super quiet."

"Deal," I said and pushed him down on the bed.

Jack and I walked downstairs the next morning and were greeted by knowing looks from my family.

"So," Lexi said, taking a drink from her coffee cup, "What did you two do last night?" I saw her trying to hold back a smile. Jack and I exchanged embarrassed glances and everyone else started laughing.

"I've never seen you blush so much, sis," my brother, Dan, laughed, wrapping an arm around my shoulder.

"I hate every single one of you right now," I told them.

"Just imagine how Jack feels though," Dan said. "He just met us last night."

"But he isn't related to you and probably wont have to deal with you for the rest of his life."

"Don't you two have to leave soon?" my dad but in, probably tired of the conversation.

"Yeah," I nodded. "We're actually leaving now."

"You're going in public wearing that?" Jennifer asked, repulsed.

I looked down at my outfit. I had on a blue flannel with a white tank top underneath and a pair of black leggings.

"Yeah. I'm going to be in a car for 24 hours and I don't know Joan Rivers, so she wont make fun of me on television," I said.

"Whatever. Just leave before I change your clothes for you."

I grabbed my stuff and my family filed out of the house to say goodbye. I gave everyone a hug, but when I got to Lexi she held on to me longer and whispered into my ear.

"He's a keeper if he knows about your past and doesn't care," she told me.

"I know, sis," I smiled and walked away. Jack and I got into my Jeep and pulled away from my family.

"You're back?!" Taryn exclaimed as I walked through the door. "Is that why Jack needed to know your address?"

"Yeah. He just showed up and took me by surprise," I laughed.

"So are you and Jack a... thing?" she asked.

"Yeah. I think so anyway," I nodded.

"Your first real relationship in 2 years," she nudged me.

"Yep," I nodded, getting annoyed by her happiness now. She was just overly happy, and for no real reason.

"Excuse you," I laughed. Jack and I were laying on the couch in his apartment watching Breaking Bad when all of a sudden I felt his hand on my boob. "Why are you grabbing my boob?"

"I'm not. I'm feeling your heart."

"That's my right boob and the heart is on the left side, genius," I said, still laughing.

"Shh. I'm just making sure," he said and moved his hand.

"Get off of me you pervert," I said, rolling from the couch to the floor.

"I'm not a pervert," he protested.

"Mhmm, definitely not," I said sarcastically.

"I'm not. I just enjoy you sexually. And emotionally," Jack said.

"Shut the hell up, Jack." Jack got of the couch and laid next to me on the floor, placing his lips on mine. "Why is it no matter what we do, it always ends up this way?"

"Because you drive me crazy," Jack said and kissed me again.

"Shut up," I said pushing him away.

"You know it's true."

"Is the s or the c silent in scent?" I asked, changing the subject.

"What the hell?" Jack laughed. "I don't know."

"Think about it. One of them has to be," I said.

"I don't know. Ask Jack, he's the smart one," Jack laughed. "Speaking of Jack, I have to go."

"Okay," I said, standing up and walking to the door, followed by Jack.

"I'll see you later," Jack said kissing me.

"Bye," I said leaving his apartment.
