“Come, we mustn’t keep the Queen waiting.” BealEruil said.

I quickly grabbed hold of Sara’s hand and followed him over the mass of water, closer and closer to the end.

The closer we got to the castle every inch of it seemed to get bigger. Towering over us, ready to devour us. BealEruil pushed open the door that easily wade as much as a small house with ease.

I took a deep breath and started to fallow him straight into the belly of the beast.

Once inside it was not surprising that it was just as white and bright inside this tree, palace, thing as the entire city outside.

Even though I was beyond scared and I could feel Sara shaking I could not help but be in owe of the place.

We were standing in some sort of grand entry way. No more like a grand hall. Every inch was white just like the tree. Actually the entire room was carved out of the tree. The two arch ways one on each side of me. The stair case that was directly in front of me all carved out of the tree. No outside wood, outside anything seemed to be part of the stricter.

The wood seemed too glistened in a way I have never seen before. The only thing, the only color to break up the white was green. Grass, leaves, and other green plants seemed to seep out through the walls.

Now that I think about it even the floor was covered. Completely green. I looked down moving my foot along the floor.

The floor was covered with fresh grass.

“This way.” BaelEruil said finally breaking me out of my thoughts.

I looked up from the floor and he was standing halfway up the staircase. Sara and I stood frozen in place. Unable to move.

“What’s up there?” I asked looking at the door that stood at the top of the stairs.

Now that I took a closer look the door was the only thing atop the stairs. No hallways nothing. The stairs only lead to that door.

“This is the way to the Royal Thrown Room.” BaelEruil answered me.

I opened my mouth to speak but nothing came out.

“We should not keep the Queen waiting.” He told us.

“Let’s just get this over with.” Sara said finally snapping.

“Sara.” I whispered to her. Even though my voice was low Sara could hear the pleading in my voice.
