"Hey Tatyana?"
"Yes Ky?"
"If you had one day to live, what would you do?"
"Leave."
"Leave?"
"Yeh, I'd leave this goddamn place and enjoy myself. See what the outside world is like, try unhealthy food. Live a normal life. Get to be with you without hiding it."
The taller girl walked over to where her girlfriend was fixing her hair and wrapped her arms around Tatyana's slim waist.
"What about you?" Asked Tatyana in a soft voice.
"Spend it with you. You're my everything TT and I couldn't imagine living without you! That's why I'm happy I'm older. More likely to die first."
"Ky!" Tatyana hit Kyoko's arm gently. "Don't say stuff like that! We're never going to live without each other. Neither of us will live while the other doesn't, I promise."
"You promise?"
"Yup!"
Kyoko held up her pinky finger with a sly smirk on her face.
"Go on then!"
Instantly, the younger girl joined their fingers together and stared into the elder's eyes.
"I promise you, Kyoko, that we will never live without each other. I promise that neither of us will live while the other dies."
When Tatyana stopped speaking, Kyoko pressed her lips to hers. Their kiss was soft and all the love, care and affection they had for the other showed in this kiss.
"Now come on, we've got class!"
-Time Skip-
A bullet pierced the skull of the blonde man kneeled in front Of Kyoko. He fell to the ground and blood pooled around his head. Kyoko's face was indifferent, not showing a sign of any emotion. She killed him without hesitation. Without remorse. It was quick and she made it look easy. The gun looked at home in her hand, not awkward or uncomfortable. Her hand gripped the gun firmly but not harshly, her hand wasn't shaking and her aim was perfect. She was the model of danger and destruction and those things never looked so good to Tatyana before.
The corpse on the floor had a face of sadness and horror etched permanently on it. As though he wasn't expecting death. It was ridiculous really. No man makes it out of Khela alive. Only Ezra could survive this place.
He was stood to the side as he watched the girls kill and Tatyana found herself thankful that she was only watching today. She knew he would see her anxiety about murder and that would not go down well with him. Nothing he disliked did. Those black eyes had depth Tatyana didn't even think possible and held so much bloodlust in them. Most of the time it felt like you could read his thoughts through his face. His smirk, his sadistic smile, his look of disappointment, all of them were distinct and easily recognisable. And as he barked at the girls to go sit down, Tatyana could see the excitement that lingered within his eyes.
"Today, a few of you are going to fight me! Any of those who lose will have extra curricular training for a month!"
A collective groan swept across the girls but they all stood tall, ready to be chosen.
"First up, can I have Andromeda?"
Heads turned to face the girl who had been picked, curiosity overtaking their training of not looking at things when they are being spoken about. All heads except Kyoko and Tatyana's. So as Mackay yelled at the others, he nodded and smiled at the two girls who were sat together in the middle row.
The girl who had been picked was short; more so than even the green eyed lesbian next to Kyoko, with a thick body type.
Andromeda moved with an elegance and grace that made her light on her feet. She stood in fighting position as she waited for Ezra to get into place.
"You may begin." Said Ezra with a snicker.
Everyone watched as this girl did a turn kick and just barely missed the boss who dodged at exactly the right time. Then she threw a punch at him and fell forward as her fist was met with nothing but air. This girl was clearly strong and had good tactic but Ezra was as quick as light and dodged or deflected almost every swing. But when she managed to land a few punches on him she made his nose bleed and he smirked as the red fluid ran from him.
"There we go! Carry on, you're doing well!"
One thing everyone had to hand to Ezra was he was encouraging. Made people believe in themselves or made them believe they could do anything they wanted to. Even when what he encouraged was murder. So some would say he was good at what he did.
The girl lost, but just barely. Though of course, this is an assassin base not a school, so she would still receive the punishment, which was one of his least horrible ones, trust us.
Three more girls tried and not one of them were able to beat the black eyed boss, despite most of them getting close, except Anastasia who failed almost instantly.
"Okay, next up, Kyoko!"
Kyoko stood up and walked from the row where her and Tatyana were sat.
"Hey Ky!" Whispered Tatyana. "Good luck!"
"Luck is for losers baby!"
When Ezra threw a punch, Kyoko easily caught it and spun his hand around to twist his wrist. As she let go she swiftly brought her leg around and kicked the white haired man on the side of the side of his head. They both fought based on strength and speed and were good matches for each other.
Just like Tatyana and Natalya, their fighting skills and tactics were very similar. But while the two Russian women fought using wit, flexibility and gymnastics; and used their small size to their advantage, these two fought with their pure strength and brute.
Kyoko pushed the tall man to the floor and fell down after him to pin him to the floor.
"Wow, you actually beat me!"
The two stood up and shook hands as Kyoko's lips stretched into a smile.
Ezra then stated the lesson was finished as he now had to go relocate his arm and dismissed all the girls, except the three who had lost to him.
Once Kyoko and Tatyana made it to the private corridor that was restricted to all except the leaders, Tatyana and her friends(not that she had any of those before she met her girlfriend),Kyoko pushed Tatyana to the wall and whispered in her ear.
"Told you luck was for losers."
Then she pushed her lips to Tatyana's and grabbed the back of her thighs to pick her up.
"How do you do that?"
"Do what TT?"
"Kill. Like that!"
"We both kill Tatyana. I know practice isn't your strong point but you're going to have to expand."
"With no remorse. No sympathy."
Kyoko put her fingers underneath Tatyana's chin and lifted her head.
"We can't have sympathy TT. Not in a place like this."
Tatyana just nodded.
"Anyway, why'd you you ask?"
"Just curious. And I've got to say, I don't know whether to be scared or aroused."
"Is that right TT?" Asked the taller girl mockingly while kissing her neck.
"Ky! Someone will see us!"
"Then we best get in your room then!"
