"Hey, Liu Ge, I was wondering since we are finished with our world tour... Could we head back home now?" Jin Ling requested

"What's the rush?" Manager Liu raised his brow

"It's Family dinner tonight. I don't want to miss it. Not at all" Jin Ling said with a big smile on his face

"Brother Ling, why are you in a rush of going home? It's always like this every two months" one of his band mates, the drummer asked

"Well, it's my sister's day today. We would have a family dinner under the stars and then she tells us amazing stories that are out of this world" Jin Ling gave a bright smile.

"Woah, you have a sister? I didn't know that. Introduce us to her sometimes you know" the other band mates said

"Alright"

[Host, your unknown halo has been triggered again] System said

'What?'

[Nothing] the system coughed

"Xian Er, which one would you like to wear for tonight?" Madame Jin held up two dresses, one was white and the other was blue

"Mother I can't see. But I believe mother has good taste. Mother should pick for me" Cordilia said as the maid blow dry her hair.

"Hm... I think the purple one will be good. This dresses doesn't suit the occasion" Madame Jin ransack the wardrobe once more

".... Aha! This one!" a white floral off shoulder dress

"Mother, why do you need to go all out on dressing me up? Wearing a pair of pajamas would do" Cordilia stated as Madame Jin pulled her hair into a lose French braid

"Your brothers are bringing their guest home. So you have to be presentable" Madame Jin said

"Why? It's not like its a party, but a big family dinner. Dressing formally would... Well, tense as everyone would mind their table manners and keep being civil"

"My daughter is very cute" Madame Jin laughed

'Host, you are still dense. It's not cute at all! This is clearly a set up blind date or whatever you humans call it. Your family is selecting a good husband candidate for you ah! And you are blissfully unaware!' System thought

That night, Cordilia almost choked on her drink.

'Yo, Plot Sama really is hard working! I blocked all of the Female Lead's Pillar but she still manage to crawl through the dog door' Cordilia thought bitterly

"Hello everyone. Meet my new girlfriend, Cherry Lin" Jin Huang Er smiled brightly.

"Oh my" Madame Jin grinned and began to dragged the grinning female lead and starts questioning her.

Cordilia sat on her wheelchair on the side. Not bothered by the commotion. She was forgotten when the Female Lead's halo and presence outshines hers. But Cordilia did not mind. It's good for her, Cordilia does not like dealing with crowds.

"Little Sixth" Jin Xuan Ming walked over to his sister.

"Little First. Why are you not joining the celebration?" Cordilia asked as she looked up, she was not wearing her bandage.

"I dislike the glint in her eyes. She's a schemer. That greed had poked from underneath her mask, meaning, she's a good actor" Jin Xuan Ming said

"Really? I thought she's a bit sweet... Too sweet for my liking" Cordilia said frankly, Jin Xuan Ming nodded

"Yes, you can say that. Don't associate with the likes of her" Jin Xuan Ming said, Cordilia chuckled

'The Male Lead dislikes the Female Lead on first glance? Ah, it seems like they meet 6 months early so the Female Lead had yet to investigate the Jin Family members' Cordilia thought
