Chapter 9

"eeeeeek oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh today is the ball" Rose sprinted down the stairs full of joy
"Woah calm down Rose"
"I'm sorry mum but I just can't wait I'm so excited for the ball"
"well I'm not going to stop you from going to school but I think you better change" Rose looked at herself realizing she was still in her pajamas "whoops" and went to go change.

(gonna time skip to Rose being at R.A)

"Good morning everyone" Rose chirped "good morning Rose" everyone replied "you excited for today Rose"
"are you kidding me my first fairytale ball I'm so excited what about you guys"
They all replied yes and started walking to class

(time skip to the ball)

Everyone was stood in a grand ballroom which had a huge silver ball in the middle and the cable that connected the ball was covered in ivy and snowdrops. The floor glistened and mirrored the ceiling that had a diamond lattice pattern on it, at the sides of the ballroom floor stood large marble pillars with plants spiraling up it.

"Attention students" H.M Cinderellas voice filled the room "there is just one thing I wanted to say let the ball begin"

Hawk walked up to Rose and bowed he then held out his hand "malady may I have this dance" Rose blushed and curtsied ( female version of bowing) and took his hand they danced and twirled to the center of the floor. They were so lost in the dance and each other they didn't notice that H.M Cinderella lowered the lights apart from one that was centered on the young couple, they didn't even notice that everyone else was looking at them as Rose and Hawk got closer and closer and closer their lips just about to touch as they closed their eyes.

The room went black with the only light coming from the windows everyone started panicking and running around apart from Joy, Astoria and Travis Rose and Hawk opened their eyes to see what was going on.

Out from the darkness, a strange man appeared out of nowhere ( Dr.Facilier)
"well what do we have here"

The teachers of Regal Academy (H.M Cinderella Prof.Snowwhite, Magister Repunzle, Coach Beast and Dr LeFrog) all stood up with their wands out "you're not welcome here leave now" demanded H.M Cinderella
"is that any way to treat a guest" Dr.Facilier put a frown on his face "I know what will cheer me up" he smirked and clicked his fingers, the shadows of teachers started to spin around the teachers making them dizzy as the teachers collapsed to the ground from the dizziness Dr.Facilier vanished purposely dropping a dragon scale.

The lights flickered back on and the team went to help the teachers
"who was that they asked."
"we have no idea" a worried look was on all the teachers' faces.
"Hey guys come to look at this" Astoria said holding up a purple dragon scale
"what could it mean Astoria," asked Rose
"I don't know" she replied worriedly
"well what I do know is we are going to need our armor" and he started to dash out the ballroom with Rose by his side "be careful out there" the teachers shouted as they left to the dragon arena.

"wait for you guys why are we running," asked Travis Hawk stated the obvious "to get to the dragon arena"
"but wouldn't it be faster if Rose made a vehicle or something"
"pumpkin seeds I completely forgot" Rose took out a tiny orange pumpkin charm that transformed into a wank "pumpkin magic" and she created a pumpkin car with enough space for everyone.
They arrived a lot quicker thanks to Rose now where is the forge dragon
"there he is guys" Hawk pointed to a blue sleeping dragon now any idea how to wake him "I've got this" said Travis as we tried to wake the dragon by tickling him but it didn't do anything "oooh I know guys" claimed Rose and she started to run at the dragon when close enough she jumped in the air and landed on the dragon's belly, making him cough magical dust that created special armor for Rose and her team(season two armor)

"look who decided to show up" a sinister voice filled the air. The team of heroes turned around to see Dr.Facilier standing at a far wall in the arena, without hesitation the team took out their wands about to say their magic spells when I spiny appendage knocked them to the ground" argh are you guys alright"Rose asked her team hoping no one got injured "I'm fine" Hawk answered as he got up and helped Rose to get up "I'm fine" said Astoria "me to" came Travis and a "croak" came from Joy she turned into a frog, Travis picked her up and gave her a kiss which made her transform back into well Joy.

As the team was making sure they were okay an eight-legged creature raised up it had powerful claws and Jaws along with spine-like needles covering all of its body not to mention it had some sort of stinger. (spider scorpion hybrid)

"how cool do you think I could add a part of it to my collection like some of its spiny things." The rest of her team looked at her and shook their heads apart from Hawk who just smiled.
"Erm Rose"
"Yes Astoria"
"Giant monster to stop"
"Oh yeah you're not going to get away with this whoever you are"
The man smiled and evil smile "you can call me Facilier Dr.Facilier."
