Andy Fowler and Rye Beaumont are a couple. They live with their friend Mikey Cobban. Andy thinks nothing bad will happen to them. But what he doesnt know is that there is someone else Rye has been seeing....
"Um guys..." Mikey said randomly. "Whats up?" I ask. "I just got a text saying Andys in the hospital." Mikey said. "WHAT!?" We all yell. ----------------------------------------------------------- MIKEYS POV
Me Harvey Jack and Brooklyn ran up to the receptionist desk. "Hey we are here for Andy Fowler." I say. "Andy Fowler...yes he is in room 64." She says. We thank her and look for the room. We find the room and knock softly. We hear a small come in and we walk in. We see Andy on the bed asleep. He had stiches in his arms and a few bandaged cuts on his legs arms and face. "How is he?" Harvey asks worriedly. "Um the doctor said he will be fine and he should wake up soon." Rye answered.
We walk up at Rye and Jack puts his hand on his shoulder for comfort. "What happened?" Brooklyn asked. "We were playing tag and he ran off. He ran in the street without looking and he..." Rye started but stopped and let some tears fall down his cheek "he got hit..." Rye finishes. By then I started to cry.
"Please dont cry..." We hear a squeaky voice say from the bed. We look up at Andy to his crystal blue eyes looking at us. "Andy youre awake!" Rye says and hugs his boyfriend gently. After their little hug we started talking. We called the doctor in and he said that he can go home tomorrow.
JACKS POV
"Im gonna go home. Are yall staying or coming?" I ask. "Im going with you" Harvey says. Brooklyn says me too and we say goodbye to Randy and Mikey. "SHOTGUN!" Harvey runs to the car and Brooklyn chases after him. I roll my eyes at their childness.
I get in the car with Harvey in the passengers seat. I drop Harvey off first. "Brooklyn you can sit in front now." I say to Brooklyn after saying bye to Harvey. I look at him through the mirror and I see him staring outside. "Im good mate" Brooklyn says. "Brooky whats wrong?" I ask him concerned. "Im just...scared Ill lose my best friend." Brooklyn says. "Cmon" I say and he gets out of the car. He gets in the passengers seat and buckles in. I drive him home. "Andy will be fine I promise. He looked okay today." I said while driving.
"I wasnt talking about Andy..." I hear him mumble. We get to his house a secound after. "What do you mean?" I ask. "Lets talk inside..." He says. I nod and we go inside. "So what do you mean?" I ask as he is sitting down next to me. I stare at him waiting for an answer. "We need to talk about what happened when we were watching the film." Brooklyn says while looking down his fingers.
BROOKLYNS POV
There is no going back now... I look up at him. "Do you actually like me more than a friend or was it just the mood?" I ask nervously. "J-Just in the mood." He answers stuttering at first. My heart broke into a million pieces when he said that. "Oh...y-yeah I only like you as a friend Im not gay..." I lie. "Yeah g-good because Im striaght too." He says back. I bite my lip hard to hold the tears back. "Can I um spend the night?" Jack asks. I quickly nod and get blankets and pillows for us. "Netflix?" I ask. "Sure" he answers.
We watch tv but stay away from each other. The movie ends and we lay down on the couch. Me on one end him on the other. "Goodnight Brooky." I hear Jack say and some shuffling. "Night" I mumble and go under my blanket all the way. I silently cry. I let the tears that I have held back for years slowly fall down my cheeks down my neck and disappear in my shirt. I sob a little making sure Jack doesnt hear me.
"Brooky?" I hear an irish accent. "Y-yes?" I ask. "Are you okay? I hear crying." Jack says. Fuck. "Yeah Im fine." I lie. "Come out of the blanket." He commands. I obey and come out of the blanket with my face still wet. He shines a light on me so he can see my face. "Brooklyn...hold on Im coming." He says. I turn around and face the couch. I scoot so he can fit and he turns the light off. I hear shuffling and feel a pair of arms wrapped around me.
"Now I wont make you tell me but promise you will tell me when you are ready?" Jack asks. I turn around stare at him. "I love you Jack..." ----------------------------------------------------------- Hi! Jacklyn yeet! Guys! Andy is okay!
