Flashback

-----------------

I watched as he crumpled, dead on the ground, and the bowman too. I heard cheers, but they were muffled, and I started to sway. Scott noticed, and came up to me, inspecting me for wounds.

What he didn't find was the knife sticking out of my side because my arm hid it.

"I'm fine..." I mumbled, as I leaned on him more.

"No, you're not. Where's the wound?" He asked me, looking at me worriedly. I sighed and lifted my arm, and he gasped at it.

"It's my only weakness, so I might be out for a while, okay? Whatever you do, do not contact the neighboring pack about this, and if anybody shows up, tell them your a human moving in. I covered all your scents. Don't worry, I'll be fine, Uncle Scotty." I smiled, and he nodded. I used the last of my energy to grasp the knife, and pull it out.

"Ow... Fuck!" I hissed as it came out, very painfully might I add. Once it was out, I sagged against my uncle, and closed my eyes.

"Please keep you eyes open, baby. I know what that does to you. It's Chaotic Silver, your only weakness. Please. Open your eyes. We're begging you. Baby, please... I can't lose you, too..." Scott cried, making me feel guilty, so I slowly opened them.

"It's okay. I won't die... I'm just... SO... tired. Let me sleep, Sj. I'm... tired..." I mumbled, closing my eyes again.

"No! Baby, please! Jazlynn Joyce, don't you dare leave us, again! NO! PLEASE, BABY! STAY AWAKE!!"

That was the last thing I heard before everything went black, and the darkness consumed me...

Leo's P.O.V

I walked away from Jazlynn, following Damon towards the pack house. I had a gut feeling that something bad was gonna happen, and that's why Jazlynn had everyone go to the pack house.

I wasn't paying attention, but then I was when I ran into a tree, bashing my forehead. I staggered backwards, clutching my forehead, cursing under my breath.

"What'd on earth did you do, Leo?" Will asked, trying not to laugh.

"Shut up, Will." I grumbled, rubbing my head, ignoring their laughter.

'Way to go, smartass.' My wolf, Kaden, laughed at me, causing me to smile a little. Since we found out Jazlynn is the Angelic Vampire Warrior, he's talked to me a lot, even though we ran into some trouble with our mate... He was mad at me, but I explained to him I was just shocked, and he forgave me.

"Alright, guys, come on. I don't know about you, but I'd rather not piss Jazlynn off." Damon said, emphasizing not. We all laughed quickly before realizing what would happen when Jazlynn got pissed. We looked around, as if she was watching us, worriedly, shaking slightly. We started walking again, and soon we reached the pack house in a comfortable silence.

My father met us, shooting me a questioning look, so I quickly explained.

"I found her, only to piss her off, and then she heard a lot of hunters, and rouges in the woods. She went alone, ordering all of us to come here, even her fellow protectors, to protect us. She battling them as we speak, and she said that if we go after her, we won't be seeing any little versions of us running around. Ever." I emphasized, silently telling him to listen to her command.

What shocked me the most is that, instead of disobeying, he looked at me with pride, and... respect? I must be seeing things, so I shot him a questioning look.
