The Room

My mind was groggy and starved of food. I slowly made my way to the fridge to see what we might have had. Nothing. I let out a groan and banged my head against the fridge. I went to my room and turned on the television. I needed background noise to figure out what had just transpired. Was I overthinking the situation? Am I just in my head? Honestly I just wanted to sleep. My body was drained and I needed to recoup. I laid down and felt my eyes get heavy. No matter how hard I tried they wouldn't stay open. I started to doze off, damn it the anime was just starting to get good.

I was floating. Suspended by a mysterious force. I surveilled my surroundings. It was dark, and warm. I turned around and a light from below illuminated my face. I looked down and the shimmering light revealed another world. Whatever it was that was holding me gracefully lowered me closer to the shimmering pool. I reached my hand out as the pool pulled me in. As I was pulled in the surroundings be clearer. This was. This was my math class. What was going on? I looked around, no one seemed to notice me or anything I said. I looked to my seat, and someone was there. I stepped closer and the face became more apparent. It was me. Hale was next to me. She seemed livid. The teacher was gone and Hale was quietly going off on other me. I went to grab her hand and then I was suddenly ripped from the room.

I woke up in a sweat. I was in a daze. I went to the kitchen and quenched the insatiable thirst I had. I looked over at the clock. 5:37 a.m ? It was Sunday already? Confused by how long I slept, I made my way back to bed. My questions would be addressed tomorrow.
