  “How’s his condition?”

“I’m sure he’s fine; he’ll wake up soon. I gave him a fun dose after all.”

“This is not something you should play with," Saki glared.

“Waaahh so scary!”, Rose cowered while laughing.

  “Did you follow his order?”

“Of course I did; I wouldn’t play with life and death.”

Saki bit her bottom lip; she knew Kyou would do this. Hydra Potion is a project they did together. It worked, it speeds up bodywork to heal wounds; but a more detailed examination is required. And Kyou here just risked it all; if it really works without causing any damage, then the raven haired boy should be awake any minute now despite how nasty his wound is.

Just right before Saki scold the other silver haired girl, a grunt erupted from the boy’s chest. Soon, the eyelids reveals a pair of golden orbs that lost its light; they were dull and empty.

With chapped pale lips, Kyou tried to speak. “W-Where’s Caelum..?”

“He’s.. Gone. General took him.”, Saki averts her eyes shamefully.

“So.. It’s not just a bad dream, huh...”, he mumbled.

“Saki and I will search for him. You stay here and keep an eye out for the android.”, Rose said with an eager face.

“No.”, he coughed as he tried to sit, “This is a fight between me and the General, and I’m afraid.. With the professor as well.”

“He’s still alive?”, the shorter silver haired girl unconsciously glared.

“If my dream is actually my memory, then yes.”

“So.. He’s trying to love us with inflicting pain to us! How thoughtful!”, Rose exclaimed happily.

“Always the odd masochist, huh Rose? I can never understand you..”, Kyou said.

“How much that you remember?”, Saki asked.

“Enough for me to know how blind I am when I was little, and to defeat my demon. How’s yours doing by the way?”, the raven haired male refer to his leader.

The asked girl smiled. “We’re doing great, actually.”

“I can’t lose to you then!”, Kyou punched the air with his fist, but soon winced in pain; he may look fine for now, but he still needs to be careful.

Saki’s features turned solemn again. “When did you plan to go?”

“Now. I guess I know where he might be hiding.”

“If that’s what you want, then go. But make sure you stayed safe.”

“Roger that, leader.”, the male said in a sing-song voice.

So he really did left that night, after he can stand up and walk a bit. He made his own portal and say his temporary goodbye.

“Good luck, Kyou! Bring our little angel back!”

  “I will.”

Oh, the three of them really need some luck. Because tonight is when all hell break loose.

“Umm... Saki? Did the android usually malfunctioning like this?”

The called girl rose from her seat. “What do you mean with that?”

“I didn’t touch anything, and it’s moving on its own.”, Rose explained.

“Did you turn on the autopilot mode or something?”, Saki asker and tries to punch some keyboard buttons; she’s not too good with computer.

“No, that would be impossible because I barely know how this work!”

“Kyou must have left an instruction, right?”

“Yeah, here.”, the taller silver haired girl handed her the instructions.

They tried to give the android some orders, but none worked, even the reboot button. It keeps walking in the dark, rebelling against them.

The dark blood orbs glared at the screen. “Why did this need to happen when our supports are gone.”, she lets out an exhausted sigh.

“Maybe we should just sit down and watch?”, Rose leaned back in the black office chair.

“That’s the only option we have. But if that thing makes a move, we will need a plan.”

The feeling of seeing a robot with her skin walking around with its own mind is really disturbing for Saki. It may be just some malfunction, but what if its more than that? The android is out of control and the only way is to encounter it straight away, risking everything to be blown away. But if it’s needed, then they don’t have much choice; they’ll need to fight on the front line again.

Kyou holds his breath when he stepped out from the smoke covered portal. The extravagant looking mansion in front of him gives him a chill to the spine, rather than an awe. Maybe because he knew what kind of dirty lies were protected with the sturdy place.

He knows about the underground laboratory beneath the General’s house; he’s been there a few times. The older male was hoping he’ll be lured with how fully equipped the place is, just like the Professor.

Not wanting to break into the house with making too much evidence, he made a portal again to his destination he once visited. But when he made a leap there, everything is dark and quiet, no sign of any living thing. It was almost still the same, the dominating white coloured lab with thick layer of dust. It seems like the General only want him as his researcher, never thought he’ll abandon this place carelessly, Kyou thought.

But as he explore the spacious room more, he encountered a source of blue light; it came from a screen. When he approached it, the screen suddenly revealed something that’s beyond his guess.

The Professor was there, somewhere else with Caelum strapped in a chair. The wounds may be treated to prevent the snow haired boy’s death, but his features still shows that he’s hurt.

“It seems like you chose the wrong place, Kyou. How about you hurry up and join us? I’m sure my little angel is eager to meet you.”, the older male said like there’s nothing wrong, and the screen turns black.

Judging by lots of familiar trees in the background, Kyou immediately knows where it is. He loves that place, but he never went there by himself. Finally the chance has come for him to visit UA high school.
