----- Smalls was your neighbor for as long as you could remember, well other than benny, you and him grew closer and closer basically everyday it seems
Today you were practicing baseball with the gang, walking up to the field, you were exhausted by how hot it was that day. Realizing they were not here, you sat down on the benches and rested, not long before you seen smalls come round the corner
"Hiya smalls!"
"Hey dumbo,, where they at?"
"Dont know,, you wanna practice before they get here?"
"Sure"
You guys went onto the field and began to practice, smalls was teaching you a stance and tricks that benny showed him as smalls spotted you, he moved away from you to see if you got it right.
"Wait- so is it like this?" You yelled as he turned around from the pitchers spot and smiled as he raised his thumb up.
"Yep!"
"Okay."
"ready?"
"Ready."
He pitched the ball and you swung leaving both of yourself memorized as you saw the ball land at the other side of the field, barely making it past the fence.
"You got it!"
You both ran to each other and hugged.. as a congratulation gift.
You guys heard some rustling in the bushes but though they were just rabbits or some sort, but changed your minds as you heard a few voices coming from there
"AwhhhHhh"
"Squints, bertram, tommy, shut up!" You heard benny whisper-yelled.
