Annabeth looked into the mirror. Her vale looked perfect with her blonde hair. She smiled. If only you were here.. She thought. She started to cry.

"Oh no you don't!" Piper said. "You are not going to ruin your make-up.

"I can't do this Piper." Annabeth said. "Not without him.."

"Yes you can." Piper said patting her shoulder. Annabeth smiled. She was glad to have such a great friend like Piper. Piper smoothed down Annabeths white dress. Annabeth loved that dress. It was long and sparkly and of course pure white. On the sash was all of Annabeth's beads from her leather necklace. In the middle was the one with a trident on it. She smiled and started to cry again. Hazel handed her a tissue. She smiled gratefully and whipped her eyes. Rachel opened the door.

"Hey. Are we ready?" She asked.

They all looked at Annabeth. She took a deep breath and nodded. Piper put her hands on Annabeths shoulder.

"Annabeth you are the bravest, smartest most beautiful girl I have ever met. You are going to be fabulous."

Piper, Rachel, Hazel and Reyna hugged her. Leo poked his head in. His hand over his eyes. Which would have been nice if he wasn't looking through his fingers.

"Everyone descent?" He asked. "Good. 'Cuz it's show time!"

Annabeth took another deep breath and walked out the door. She could hear the music from inside the church. Rachel went out first. Then Reyna, then Hazel then Piper. Annabeth watched them walk down the isle. Time around her seamed to stop. She remembered everything.

She remembered holding her dad's hand.

"Daddy?" She had said. "Did mommy leave because I'm not beautiful?"

He bent down beside her. "No honey." He said. "Why would you say that?"

"Because the girls at school say I'm ugly."

"Never." Her father said. "They're just jealous. Look at you! You have beautiful gray eyes and amazing curly blonde hair." He put his hand on her shoulder. "You're my little princess Annabeth."

"Really?" Five year old Annabeth asked.

He chuckled. "Really Annabeth."

She remembered standing in a pink dress holding a flower basket watching her father kiss another lady in a white dress. She remembered feeling sad. Why was her father marrying this woman? Doesn't he love her mom anymore?

"I will always love your mom Annabeth." Her father had said.

"But she's gone now. I'll always remember your mother but.. I love this woman too."

He patted her head and walked away with the lady in the white dress.

She remembered looking back  at her house. Only seven years old and running away.

"I love you daddy." She said. "But it's time I left. I'm just trouble." She turned and walked away.

She remembered seeing her dad after all those years at Camp Half-blood. How he'd looked at her. How she felt like running all the way back to camp. Then he walked off the porch to her slowly. Like she might just be his imagination. He reached out his hand and touched her face. He smiled and started crying. He hugged her. She hugged him back.

"Annabeth?.." He had said. "Is that really you?"

She nodded. "Yes daddy.."

He hugged her again. "Don't ever do that again." He said.

"I won't." She said. She was crying now.

She took his hand and they walked inside the house. Annabeth didn't care what her stepmother would say. She had her daddy back and she was never going to let him go.

Annabeth snapped back to the present. Piper took her place. Everyone stood up and looked in her direction. She looked to the right and saw Paul. Her father wouldn't be with her today. She took Paul's arm and they walked down the isle. She smiled. Even though her father wasn't there he would still want her to go. Percy turned around. He smiled. Seaweed brain.. She thought. She smiled back. Her took her hand. It felt like a wave washed over her. A beautiful, calm sparkling wave. They went along with the rest of the ceremony. Then came her favorite part. Percy removed her vale. As they kissed Annabeth could feel her father smiling. Like he was right behind her. She didn't care what the gods made her go through next.

She had her Seaweed brain. She was happy.

The End.
