Tobin scanned the area but saw no one, "Lex, no one is here. You're safe." Alex finally let out the breath she was holding in, giving her girlfriend a soft smile. Only a few more days and Alex would be home, away from Servando, away from midterms, away from all the stress that has been piling on. And the best part, Tobin was going to be with her. It was going to be four whole days of having her girlfriend's undivided attention and she couldn't wait for that.

Kelley skipped happily out of her midterm knowing she crushed it. She was ready to rush home to Alex to see if she was any better but she ran into someone slightly more important.
"Hey babe!" Kelley practically yelled into Hope's ear which came with a big hug from behind. Hope jumped at the sound and touch but quickly relaxed when she realized it was Kelley. The keeper had just gotten out of one of her upper division classes with a friend of hers. They were trying to figure out a time to meet up before break to go over their lecture notes.
"Hey, Kels. This is Emily. Emily, this is my girlfriend, Kelley." The two shook hands while Kelley scanned her up and down. A tall blonde that looked ditsy but also had glasses that perfectly shaped her face which made Kelley think she was secretly super smart. Her legs seemed to go on for miles with a tan that Kelley badly wanted to be fake. A rage filled inside her that could only be described as jealousy.
"Damn, Hope, you finally settled down. I never thought I would see that day. What did you tell me when I asked you out sophomore year?" Emily joked, missing the fire that flashed in Kelley's eyes, "Oh yeah, 'I don't date, all I do is fuck and leave so that's all I can offer.'"
Hope almost choked on her own spit knowing that was the last thing Kelley wanted to hear after her panic attack in bed. Emily saw the tenseness between the couple and continued, "But I mean, I'm glad you found your someone. It was nice to meet you, Kelley. Hope, text me if you want to share notes." With that, the girl was gone. Kelley just huffed and strutted away making Hope turn on a dime and follow.
"Babe, come on. Are you really upset? It was two years ago and I rejected her. We are just friends," Hope pleaded with the freckled freshman.
"I don't care that you and Miss leggy blonde had a thing or didn't have a thing!" Kelley spat back, "I know you were a player in your past but you really said that all you do is fuck them and leave? How do you think that makes me feel? I almost let you in my pants for god sake." Hope grabbed her hand, pulling her harshly into her, "Hey, I told you right then and there that I am in it for the long haul and I'm not doing this just to get in your pants. I promise."
Kelley sighed, inhaling the scent she quickly fell in love with. Goddamnit, Kelley, stop bringing up the word love. "You're right, I'm sorry. In other news, I did well on my midterm."
Hope smiled proudly, "That's my girl, now let's get some food. I'm starving."

"Soooo..." Julie dragged out, running her fingers through Christen's hair, "Fall break is coming up. Are you going home?"
Christen sighed into the touch, "Yep, LA is calling my name. How bout you? Does Mrs. Johnson miss her daughter?" Julie laughed because her mom never liked Christen like ever but especially after the whole falling out thing happened, "Yeah I am, I'm unsure on how I'm gonna tell her that we are back together. She's not too fond of you."
"I mean valid, I did break your heart which I'm still very sorry for," Christen nuzzled her face deeper into the blonde's thigh, "I think my mom will be pumped to hear that I figured my shit out with you. She always loved you."
An alarm went off from across the room, "Ugh I have practice."
Julie leaned down placing a light kiss on the forward's forehead, "We can stay and I can give you a workout." Christen rolled her eyes before sitting up off Julie's lap, "This is the last practice before break so I think missing it would be a very bad decision."
