Ana's pov:

We rode in a comfortable silence to Christian's surprise destination. I was very anxious to know where, and kept badgering him to tell me, but Christian just wouldn't budge.

I know you might say it was annoying, but not to Christian it was, and how I knew? Because of the smirk that grew and grew until it turned into a full on grin, where he then proceeded to tell me I was cute when I was being stubborn, which made me blush, and him laugh. I wasn't being stubborn! Was I?

Finally, arriving to the destination, Christian helps me out of the car, and hands the keys to the valet and leads me inside. "Here we are." He says sounding nervously. Why is he nervous? Before I could ask him, a waitresses appears in front of us. Looking directly at Christian. "Hello, may I help you?" She purrs seductively. Like literally purred! Does she not see me standing right here?

"Yes, I'm here under reservation for Christian Grey."
Christian answers professional yet smoothly. How is he not seeing this? She merely glances my way, then she looks at her note pad. "Ah, yes, right here. Follow me," she says leading us to our table. Which is outside? And wow it's beautiful out here.

Making it to our table, we sit while she hands us each a menu, before leaving she tells us if we need anything don't hesitate to ask and by "us" I mean Christian. Seriously? The nerve of this woman! Finally, she leaves, and I breath a sigh of relief and Christian notices . "Are you ok?" He asks, looking concerned. "Yeah, I'm fine." I nod. Christian stares at me intently for a minute before speaking. "Anastasia, you don't have to worry about anything or nobody. I only have eyes for you." He answers with such sincerity it leaves me flabbergasted.

"Um.." I clear my throat awkwardly and give him a shy smile. "I love it when you blush," he says smiling adoringly at me. Omg this guy!. Picking up my napkin, I throw at him. "Would you stop it, a woman can only take a few compliments at a time" I laugh and he joins in. "Ok, ok, I'm sorry I can't help it when the woman is just so beautiful though." He laughs. "Very charming," I smirk sardonically. Gosh, he makes me feel like I'm a teenage girl back in highscool again.

"So, what do you think? Do you.. Like my surprise?" Christian asks seriously and a little nervous. Gah. What am I going to do this guy? I softly smile at him. "I love it. I think it's very beautiful, but you know I wouldn't of mind even if you took me on a stroll while eating chili dogs and cokes." Christian raises his eyebrows skeptically. "Really," he asks. "Really." I answer back truthfully.

Suddenly, Christian stands from his seat, dropping a twenty on the table and holds out his hand to me. "Come on," he says. What is he doing? Without hesitating, I take it. He leads me out of the restaurant without a backward glance, not even when the same waitresses from earlier tried to stop us, and as in "us" I mean Christian. Glancing back, I smirk and wave. Good riddance!

We drove in silence for a few minutes before we pull up in front of a park. Christian gets out, comes to my side and opens the door for me. "M'lady," he says doing a little playful bow. I laugh and smile up at him. "Thank you dear sir," I respond back playfully.

15 minutes later, we're talking and enjoying mouth- watering chili dogs and cokes. This night is absolutely gorgeous as the city lights twinkle over the city park lake. I feel like a princess in this dress...and I think Christian might be my prince charming. Just thinking about it makes me blush. As if he can hear my thoughts, he flashes me a grin from the other side of the bench. Oh, my, that smile.
