Lisa POV

As I got out my car I felt the air tighten. Fresh air was blowing but it was as if I still couldn't grasp any of it. The pressure of facing Kiara was so overwhelming. It may be worse for her than me but I just don't know how she'll react. Walking up to Ash door I had a quick debate if I should got talk to Kiara or not. All of sudden the door burst open.

"What the hell are you doing? Ya look like a fucking crackhead." Alex said scaring the shit out of me.

"Sorry I was just thinking about something. Is Kiara here?" I asked filled with anxiety.

"Yeah, but you and I both know that you knew that already."

"I guess so." I chuckle.

"Come on in."

"How is she right now?"

"Crying like a little bitch." She laughs

"Crying there's no way."

"Yup."

"You mean like tears."

"Yes."

"Like water running out of her eyes."

"Yes ma'am."

"Wow I've never known her to cry."

"She doesn't much. In fact this is the first time since her breakup with Kelli." She shrugs her shoulders.

"You mean when they were in high school."

"Mhm."

"You don't seem too empathetic. How are you so calm."

"Well let's see she's been over here for about two days now."

"WHAT! Ashley only told me she came yesterday night."

"Eh she still figured you wanted some space."

"Why is that?"

"Well you've been distant lately and haven't said anything about her."

"Oh ok. But Lex I don't think I can do this. At least not just yet."

"Do what?"

"Face her."

"Well don't at Least not now but when your ready. Oh and if you decide to talk to her be gentle. Ya know she going through it right now. All of the matches she's losing m, a baby, and you." She mumbled the last part but I heard her.

"Ok."

"Plus she'll be up there for a minute soaking up my sheets."

"Is she in a guest room?"

"Nah, my room."

"Oh must be nice." I smile

"Yeah so nice." Sarcastic laced all in her voice.

Alex and I continued to chop it up. So much that three hours passed by. We were just talking about anything in general that crossed our minds, until we heard a creak on the steps. Rocky was watching us on the steps. Silence took over us while tension filled the room. I wanted to say something so bad but I just couldn't.

"Aye you good?" Alex asked.

She shook her head yes but we all knew that was a lie. She hurriedly went back up the steps and we heard a door slam. I don't know if that door slamming is good or bad.

"I think it's time I go talk to her." I say faster than my brain could process.

"Ok I'll be here if you need me."
