Today was the day Harry and James were going to patrol difference places. You and Newt ate your breakfast and went towards your rooms. You got out to see Harry and James go for patrol. Newt tagged along with you. "Be safe." you said to Harry and James. "We will." They both smiled at you and went to their jets. After they took-off, Newt turned to you. "Do you want to walk in the park?"" You mean the park where I got lost?" you raised an eyebrow and laughed while Newt chuckled and looked at you. He wanted you to laugh every time. He never showed his emotions but with you he couldn't control his emotions."Lets go." He said. you guys walked on the grass side by side under the shade of trees. It was a bit cold since it was the month of october (just pretend that it gets really cold in your country and it also snows). You were wearing a hoodie and Newt was wearing a thin jacket. He put his hands inside the pockets and looked down as he walked."Do you really don't know about your parents?" There was a pause. You looked down and said."yeah............I was brought up by this really nice orphanage. It was amazing. Its owner, who was miss Alice, she loved me. She was really old but she was really kind. You smiled as you looked around at the trees. Newt smiled at you. "She was amazing,sneeky,even for an old woman, she was so fun and also incredibly beautiful. We often asked her about her love life but she always told us that her love was imperceptible. Her father was not really a kind of father figure and her mother...........her mother was murdered,yet she was so bubbly,so kind.......I just don't know how to explain her.so.........I lived there till I was 18 and then the orphanage didn't really accept me, she passed away when I was 15. It was because of her I was living there. I continued my studies and did a part time job at a bakery where I had a lot of fun but that bakery was burned down when I turned 20........so I had my own flat and for the next three years I did a part time job at a shop and now I am 24 and well I am right here." You laughed a bit. Newt smiled while looking down. You guys walked in silence when Newt said," how was your life? I mean you........were most of the time alone...........""It was.............(you chuckled)boring. I had no friends, no family but now I guess it's more thrilling and fun and all of you are like my family................................what was your life like?"" Similar to yours. I always felt so empty without people in my life. I used to walk in the park near my apartment and look at the children..........they were always laughing and having fun with their families. I just felt so lonely......that was until I came to the airforce."and when I met someone special.He thought and looked at you. "You know i have never had a best friend or a close friend who I would talk about my personal things like this."He continued."so....this makes me your best friend?" You said beaming. He smiled at you. "Why don't you talk to other people?" "I don't know.........I just don't feel comfortable or trust other people. I always think that they would leave me after sometime." You stopped walking and looked into his eyes." Don't be afraid of people loving you. Be more close to God and you will not care about other people leaving you and besides everyone has to leave this world someday...................just like our parents."" You can't be sure about your parents. They might be alive."" If they were aliveness then i would not have lived in the orphanage. I would not have lived alone and most probably I would have not been here."" Then I would probably gotten more cranky." Newt said but immediately regretted it. You didn't want to tease him or annoy him so you didn't say anything but you knew that how much you meant to him but not the fact that he had taken a liking to you. You were oblivious to that. You stopped and picked up a flowere from the ground. You caressed it and grabbed two more of them." Who knew a girl who loved planes could also love flowers." Newt said quietly. You smiled a bit. "lets go inside." Newt said to you. "yeah.....sure." You guys were sitting and looking at all of the previous fighter pilots. you had a large smile plastered on your face. "Hey." You and Newt both turned around and saw Sonya."Hey Sonya." You said with a smile." I want to talk to you."Newt gave her a suspicious look. You looked at him."I will be back." He just nodded and turned away. You guys went to your room and Sonya slammed the door behind you. You looked a her in shock. What you guys didn't know was that Newt was following you and he was just outside your room, he didn't like the weird feeling he was getting. Something was suspicious and you could also feel that something wasn't right."What's wrong?" You asked Sonya. She stepped towards you."You are wrong."You made a confused face.She continued."Who told you to shot down that aircraft of(y/c/e/n)?""Look Sonya I am a fighter pilot and its my job to protect my country.""NO! You just came here to have all the spotlight.You shot down that jet, you made Newt your friend and I don't like it and you know why.Why don't you just go away from my and everybody's life? You think that by shooting down a jet you will become the best fighter pilot? You are wrong.""Sonya.That's enough. I will protect my country till my last breath and you have no right to talk about Newt like that. He is a great person and I have learned a lot from being his friend."" You know what?You can only protect your country if you are protected and by the looks of it you are really vulnerable.""My God will protect me. I don't need anyone else." You send her a glare and went towards the door. Newt quickly went back to where he was. He had heard all of the conversation, He was extremely raged at Sonya. You went back to him but as you were going to him you thought about what she said the first day.
