Chapter ~ Three

○○Aspen POV○○

I wake up to sun shining directly into my eyes.It's Friday.Finally.I look at my phone to see it's 5:47am.I woke up rather early than I expected.The alarm didnt go off,so I peacefully woke up.I go and take a shower because of the amount of time I have on my hands.

I put my curly hair in a towel turban and let it sit while I do my school makeup.My mom walks in to see me already getting ready.She smiles and without a word leaves my mug full of coffee on my dresser.I nod my head signaling a 'good morning to you too'.

I put on something a little more extra and out my hair in a ponytail as I head out.I poured my coffee in a plastic cup so I can drink it while I dance my way to school.

On my way there I see some girls that were attacking me yesterday with their eyes while I talked to Jah.Whores.I pass by with a slaying look on my face.They give me dirty looks as I pass by next to the gate of the school.

I spot both Jahseh and his friends,and I see Vicky and Nadya arguing.I try to power walk to them but he stops me.

"Why you not answering my message?" He asked me.

"Oh I didn't see it,I'm sorry." I tend to get out.

"Hug?" He extends his arms.

I smile and fall into his hug looking up at him.He smirks and let's me go.We say bye and I see Nadya staring at me weird while Vicky is all excited.

"Hey gi-" I get cut off.

"Oh my god I' so happy!!" Vicky yells.

"Oh,um...Why?" I ask.

"Yall are dating arent you?" She says in excitement.

"No." I shrug.

"Pff." Nadya spills.

"You happy you've gotten lucky you bitch?" Vicky asks Nadya.

"No it's not about luckiness,it's about the worth." She says in entitlement.

"You worth a dime you thot.Go hang out with your copies." Vicky insults her.

"What is happening here?" I say confused.

"Your best friend Nadya,fell in love with Jahseh,and says she'll destroy you for him." She accents the 'best friend'.

"Wow.I can't believe you would say such a thing,even if I liked him,which I dont.You're bouta loose a best friend just because of a guy that will use you and throw you away.Nice play." I say clapping my hands together.

"I don't care what you think." Nadya says looking up.

"Then go talk to someone that doesnt give zero fucks about you" I say as I turn to Vicky."Let's go."

I lead her to Jahseh and she gets all jumpy and excited.I smile to him and his group.

"Oh,hellooo." Stokeley says to Vicky trying to flatter her.

"Can we hang out wit yall,since Nadya is being a bitch." I say looking at Jah.

"Yea of course.You are always welcome ma." He says as he grabs my chin and looks deep into my eyes as I smile back at him.

"Ouuuu" A girl says in the background breaking apart our contact.Laughter fills the air as I turn red of embarrassment.

He pulls me closer and whispers in my ear "Don't be embarrassed,everything's fine."
