"What are you staring at?" Wonwoo asked. Wonwoo turned his head to the direction where Mingyu was looking at only to see nothing.

"Hey! Gyu! What are you looking at?" He asked once again only to get ignored.

He punched his boyfriend making him startled. "Oh- ah, I think I saw a cat." Mingyu made up an excuse.

Wonwoo nodded slowly raising an eyebrow not believing his excuse, but he just shrugged it off since he didn't care that much about what he's looking at.

"Hey look, there's the sunset you've been waiting for." He pointed out to the sun.

"Yeah." He looked at the sun watching it set slowly, being replaced by the moon.

The sky had different shades of colors in a sunset's palette making the scene look like a painting, a masterpiece by God.

Mingyu faced Wonwoo and cupped his cheeks gently with his hands. "I love you." He said all of a sudden.

Wonwoo absolutely adored the latter's way of showing affection to him, hence, the happiness shown in his smile, however, this "I love you" of his seemed different, it somehow sounded sad like it's the last one that's going to come out of his mouth.

"Why? What's the problem?" Wonwoo asked sensing something suspicious.

"Nothing, I just love you."

He could sense that something was off, he still didn't buy it and just glared.

Mingyu sighed he hesitated to say it at first but he thought that it would be better to just explain. "Fine, I'll tell you. I actually saw a Grim Reaper walking towards us awhile ago. So I think this is the last time that we'll be together." He explained, the last sentence coming out as a whisper.

"What?" This was the only answer Wonwoo can say.

"Why so fast?" Wonwoo chuckled thinking that it was just a joke.

"Sorry." A tear escaped from Mingyu's eye but he immediately wiped it with the back of his hands so his lover wouldn't cry. After all, Mingyu's tears were very contagious.

Wonwoo just stared at Mingyu blankly trying to process everything that's happening right now.

He asked himself,

"Really?"

"Why now?"

"Why so fast?"

Just two measely days were given for them to spend Mingyu's remaining moment in earth. However, two days weren't enough for them to prepare their farewells.

This came totally unexpected.

Very unexpected that he didn't know if he would be shocked or sad.

Tears brimming in his eyes, Wonwoo looked up to look at his face and admire his features in person for the last time. "I guess we'll really marry in our dreams." He whispered, half of his heart still not believing the situation.

"Sorry Wonwoo, I love you."
