making my way through the woods, I turned my music up and continued to jog. The song 'lovely' was playing by Billie Eilish and it was honestly a beautiful song. I was obsessed. actually I wasn't but it was beautiful and really got to my head.

It was literally 4:38 AM and I hadn't slept. I couldn't. Too many thoughts keeping me awake as they ran through my brain.

BEEP

In shock, I stacked over a log - falling onto my now muddy ass. Pulling out my phone, I smiled.

Couldn't sleep either?

maps and it says you were last active 15 minutes ago 😬😂

M:
Well no i can't... 🤦🏻‍♀️

M:
I've gone for a run, then i'm going home to shower and get ready for school before popping into starbucks before school

Dylan🥰:
Sounds like a good plan x

M:
Yeah, i hope i'm not too tired at school though. Especially as i'm going out tonight with the girls.

Dylan🥰:
Sleep before or in class

M:
I don't like sleeping in class because i don't like being looked at when i'm not aware of it and i'm going to try yeah before but when i go out i take hours to get ready and i still have no idea what i'm planning on wearing.

Dylan🥰:
I'll help. I'm going to get some sleep now but after school send me pictures of your ideas

M:
Okay, sleep well

I will, be safe ❤️

M:

Sighing before putting my phone away, standing up and running back home.

Once again, I fell onto my butt this time slightly yelping in pain.
"Poppy? Sorry! I wasn't looking."
"That's because your mouth was attached to my friend's. Don't say sorry when you don't mean it Harvey."
Shaking my head, I continued making my way out of school with my head down.
"Hey Pops, You okay?"
"Oh Dylan, hi. Yeah i'm fine thank you."
He nodded before shoving his hands into his pockets and walking out the school with me.

"POPPY! Oh...Hi Dylan."
"Hey Harv. What's wrong?"
"Nothing, I was just hoping to speak to Poppy."
"Oh..." Both of them looked at me. I stood up on my tip toes, pecking Dylan's cheek.
"Meet me at the gate? I'll be 5 minutes."
Dylan nodded before turning me towards him and pulling me in for a kiss. Once we both pulled out I look at Harvey and we both out the way of the walk way.
"So...Whats wrong?"
"I meant it i'm sorry."
"Harvey you're not sorry. If you were you wouldn't be making out with your girlfriend in the hallway. If you cared you'd at least notice me."
"I did notice you."
"When you pushed me to the floor..."
"Poppy-"
"No Harvey. I'm so sick of all of this. It happens over and over and you're always changing your opinion on me. Make your mind up."
With that,I turned and went to find Dylan.

"What was that about?"
"Oh literally nothing."
"Oh okay..."
"Dylan, I'll see you in a couple days."
Dylan nodded before pulling me close to him and pressing his lips onto mine .

"Have fun tonight, gorgeous."
"I will. Bye."
He waved at me as I walked off towards the bus stop. A fake smile spread across my face so he didn't ask questions.
