As Merida, Hiccup and Rapunzel kept on looking for their lost brother, the blonde girl ran against a friendly figure in the forest.

She recognized, due to her expertise in the fantasy department, the creature as a faun. He had brown, wavy hair and two tiny horns that stood up from his forehead and curled towards his head. His nose was right and his jawline strong, and his gaze held a mischievous spark only compared with Jack's. The sweet girl walked towards the faun and saluted.

"Hullo!" She beamed. "How do you do?"

"Ah!" Exclaimed the faun. "It talks!"

He fussed to himself for a while, as Hiccup and Merida approached, standing behind Rapunzel.
He cleared his throat. "Hullo! How nice little dwarfs!"

"Dwarfs?!" Asked dear Merida, almost offended. "We're children!"

The faun's face turned ghastly white, as his shoulders dropped. He quickly grabbed Rapunzel's hand and led them, without a word, through the woods and into a cave.

"Children, as in, sons and daughters of Adam and Eve?" Asked the faun, panicked.

"Why of course, what's the matter?" Hiccup said.

The faun pulled a few strands of his hair with his naked hands. "Oh, children, you oughtn't be here, the White witch might find you, and Mufasa knows what she could do..." He started, trailing off.

Rapunzel placed one of her warm hands against his bare shoulder. She was worried sick about Jack and such an awful thing the faun had just said.

"The White witch?" She asked in a whisper.

The faun nodded. "She calls herself Queen of Narnia, but she is nothing but an evil hag, and if she happens to find out there are children in her woods... Oh, no"

Merida's face reddened and she clenched her fists. "Dear sir, do tell us, what could happen if one of us, say, were to get lost?"

The faun twisted his face in a more frightened expression. "Oh, the queen shall know not mercy. But children, you are safe, there is only three of you, and the prophecy needs four! No danger..."

"We lost our brother" Hiccup cut off.

The faun almost fainted, and covered his mouth with both his hands to prevent a deadly gasp from escaping.

"This is bad..." He muttered. "But follow me, children of men, these woods aren't safe. The trees can hear and not all of them are on our side."

The three children followed the faun silently, suddenly thinking that the such precious forest was not so cheerful anymore. A heavy fog sat upon them, darkening their moods, almost as if the woods themselves had taken their brother. They felt guilty and frightened. They hadn't been there for long and many things were already threatening to harm them.

They arrived finally at a different cave, this time the entrance blocked by a small, adorable wooden door. It had fauns carved in it, dancing under what seemed to be the moon and around wooden flowers. The faun opened the door and let them in, shutting it behind him.

"Here, you'll be safe for now." He said, clapping dust off his hands.

"Mr. Faun, sir, I do have to ask. You see, you said the evil witch called herself Queen of where, now?" Said Hiccup, as he casually strolled around the hut, looking at everything small enough for a child to want to stick it in their mouth. Luckily, they were older and knew better than that.

"It's Flynn Rider. Rider the faun. And the evil witch is in charge of dear Narnia, of course." The faun replied, putting a tea kettle over the fireplace.
