27. Back together

"Mam I'm just waiting to get to see swara." Olivia who just now came to India was thrilled to see her best friend after 6 months.

"Don't worry she said that she'll be here for lunch." Caroline smiled.

"And I'm waiting." Olivia chirped.

Swara came in with a file and her eyes were fixed on it and no where else. Olivia came near swara.

"Swara..." Swara interrupted her words.

"Mom I'll have my lunch a little later." Swara said in serious tone and went inside her room making Olivia shocked and surprised.

"Swara do I look like mam?" Swara looked up hearing some other's voice and to her surprise she saw the angry Olivia.

"Olivia." Swara gasped in shock.

Olivia became angry and started walking fastly. Swara cursed herself and left to convince her.

"Olivia... I'm sorry.." swara came running down along with Olivia.

"Mam, do I look like a you?" Olivia huffed in anger.

"Of course not sweetheart." Caroline said.

"Olivia.. I'm sorry I was so busy in the file that I didn't see it was you." Swara made puppy face to melt her.

"See even now you are still holding that stupid file." Olivia made faces while swara immediately dropped down the file on the table.

"You have became damn workaholic than I thought swara." And swara was able to recognize the voice.

"Evan you!" It was a big surprise for her.

Swara hugged him and saw Olivia standing angrily. She pulled her too in the hug.

"This is really.... How come you both are here?" Swara still couldn't digest the fact.

"Com'mon swara can't we come here?" Olivia asked.

"That's not what I meant oli." Swara said still not able to believe that they actually are here.

"We are on a small break so thought to come here and enjoy with you." Evan smiled.

"That's so sweet of you people." Swara hugged both of them again.

"I know that I am." Olivia flicked her hairs and all chuckled.

Tring.. tring..tring..tring.

Swara looked at her mobile which was ringing. Excusing herself swara took up the call.

"Hello...... Yes Mr. Shukla.... " Olivia snatched the phone from swara.

"I'm sorry Mr. Whoever you are. You can speak with her later." Olivia disconnected the call and swara's jaw hit the ground.

"Olivia do you what you have done?" Swara's eyes widened.

"I don't care and you are taking an off tomorrow." Dropping another bomb on swara.

"What?" Swara looked at her crazy friend.

"Don't give me those reactions swara. Tomorrow is Diwali isn't it a public holiday? You make your staff work tomorrow?" Olivia asked.

"No.. no not they.. but I'll be going." Swara looked away knowing the upcoming reactions for theirs.

"But why?" Evan asked.

"Mm .. well Evan I don't celebrate this and all." Swara was honest.

She left all the celebrations die when her parents died. To forget her past memories on those days she does something or the other to forget them.

"That all I don't know tomorrow we are celebrating." Swara was about to say something. "That's the end." Olivia said.

Swara nodded her head as she knew it is no use of arguing with this girl.

"Finally...uff." Olivia said.

"Now put a pause to your working mind and be yourself, let's go out." Evan spoke out.

"But--" Swara didn't want to go.

"Swara..." One glare and swara went quite.

"Fine I'm there." Swara said and took them out.

Caroline who witnessed all this had a happy face. After a long time she at least smiled and that's what she needed.

"Mam..." Caroline turned.

Ayaan and sanskaar looked at each other as they said in a perfect unison.

"Come in." Caroline smiled and both came in.

"Mm... Actually Olivia and Evan is here so I thought of you guys too join for tomorrow." Caroline said.

"Of course mam why would I say no." Ayaan spoke.

"Sure." Sanskaar smiled.

"Great then." Caroline was happy.

"Mam if you don't mind I'm taking my leave I have few works to be done." Sanskaar said.

"Sure son, but be on time tomorrow." Caroline understood his situation.

"I will be." Sanskaar left.
