Miguel heard Nestor's footfalls outside his study and immediately perked up. He'd been waiting to approach him about the night Cristobal came home but things had been hectic over the last two days.

"Nestor," Miguel called out, "Have a seat."

"Sure. Something going on?" Nestor asked, casual and comfortable, as he shifted direction and joined Miguel.

"Close the door," Miguel directed him. "How have you been, my friend?"

"Good," he said with a nervous chuckle. "What's up, Mikey?"

"I heard about you and Zara Osbourne the other night," he smirked. "She confided in Emily," he said by way of explanation.

Nestor nodded, a grin playing on his lips momentarily before turning serious again. "I know it could be a conflict, I didn't think of it that way at first."

"No," Miguel shook his head. "It's perfect."

"Perfect?" Nestor laughed a little. "What are you thinking?"

"Charm her," Miguel instructed him. "She's disconnected from the club, for now, but she's our in with that idiot Campbell and I don't trust him. She's floating, we should capitalize on that and win her loyalty. For now, I want you to take her out, build the trust, then when we're done with Campbell you can decide what you want to do."

Nestor pulled a face and shrugged. "I can do that."

"See what you can pull from her about our errand boys as well," he added. "It's always nice to have some insurance and the prospect," he said with disdain, "His interest in Emily is...disconcerting."

"Alright," Nestor agreed. It would be a job he'd be happy to do, he enjoyed her company enough to take pleasure from it.

"Oh," Miguel said as Nestor stood up to leave, "One more thing. She's pregnant, Emily said about 8 weeks, I think."

"Are you trying to raise tensions?"

"Just trying to keep the upper hand and see what we can learn," Miguel said with a small shrug. "She's going to be around anyway, can't hurt."

"Got it," Nestor said confidently.

"We have lunch today," Miguel smirked, "A little double date."

Nestor laughed and nodded. "I'm guessing this was not your idea."

"Emily is excited by the idea and having Zara around is good for her, she likes it," Miguel explained.

"Anything else you want to lay on me?" He asked as he stood in the doorway.

"You're a good man, Nestor," Miguel came out from behind his desk and shook Nestor's hand.

Over the next few weeks, Nestor had done what Miguel asked, although he figured he still would have done it without being asked. That afternoon though, Zara wasn't with him, she was with EZ. She picked him up from the butcher shop after her last class with butterflies in her stomach.

"You have no idea how much I appreciate this," she told him. "I didn't want to go alone and I didn't feel comfortable bringing anyone else."

"I'm glad I can help," he said, giving her hand a squeeze. "What is it again?"

Zara pulled out of her parking spot and drove toward the medical office. "NT scan," she explained, "It's just an ultrasound they do around 12 weeks to make sure the baby is growing well and check the risk of Down's Syndrome. It's freaking me out, which is why I asked."

"You talk to Angel?" He asked hesitantly.

"No," she replied. "Not since I told him off last month. Has he said anything?"
