Eight months later..

Sam's POV

***

"Mom?" I called out. I couldn't see due to the darkness in my room. I looked over at the clock 01:52am.I looked over at my bedroom door as both my mom and dad rushed in. "I-It hurts." Was all I could manage before a strong ache attacked my stomach. I curled up on my side, closing my eyes tight as I held my stomach.

I'd told them about the baby a few months ago when the bump was getting bigger. Luckily, the bump wasn't that big so I was able to put off telling them. Surprisingly, my dad was more supportive than my mom at first. She was disappointed and didn't speak to me for a few days, whereas my dad asked me how the baby and I were doing every time he saw me.

Aiden had visited regularly, staying round every other weekend. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of those weekends.

"C'mon sweetheart, let's get you to the hospital so you can hold your baby," Dad said gently as he slowly sat me up, kissing the top of my head before helping me stand. I nodded, my grip tightening on his hands as another strong ache ran through me. "It's alright, I'm here." He cooed, slowly walking me towards the stairs.

"Mom? Can you call Aiden please?" I asked quietly before I paused, looking over my shoulder as she followed close behind "A-and Tyrone?"

"No, not Tyrone." Dad said quickly before helping me down the stairs.

"Dad, please." I begged.

"No, Sam. I'm not letting him near you." I sighed, trying to concentrate on getting to the bottom of the stairs.

Tyrone's POV

***

I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing on the bedside cabinet. I groaned, rolling over to reach for it. Without looking at the caller ID, I answered it.

"Hello?" I asked, my voice groggy.

"Tyrone, it's Helen. Sam wanted me to let you know that she's going into labor" Her voice was quiet but panicked.

"What? Since when?" I asked, sitting up.

"Not long, if you start driving soon you might get here in time. Get yourself a coffee and something to eat first, alright."

"Yeah, I'll be there as soon as I can." I said before hanging up, running my fingers through my hair.

Two and a half hours later..

I walked to the delivery room the receptionist had told me Sam was. Both her mom and dad were waiting outside, Aiden sat next to them, his head in his hands.

"Is she alright?" I asked, slowly approaching them.

"Helen, I thought I told you not to call him." Mason said sharply, glaring up at me.

"He's the father, Mason. He has the right to be here."

"Sir, I'm so sorry for what I did." I tried to apologise but Mason shook his head, locking his eyes on the door of what I presumed was Sam's room.

Marcus walked round the corner, holding two coffees in his hands, handing one to both of his parents. "Any news?" He asked as he sat down in the empty seat next to Helen.

Just on time, a nurse walked out of Sam's room. She looked at both Aiden and I. "Sam's asking for Aiden?" Of course, Aiden stood up and hurried towards the room.

"Are they..?" I asked, sitting down one seat away from Marcus.

"Together? Yeah. Just let her go, Ty." Marcus said, looking over at me.

I let out a sigh, looking down at my knees.

Aiden's POV

***

I gently pushed her hair away from her forehead, leaning down and carefully kissing her temple.

"C'mon, Sam. Just think, you can actually hold what you've been carrying for almost nine months, you just need to get through this." I encouraged in a hushed voice, feeling a strong squeeze to my hand.

***

Only half an hour later, I was sat next to Sam on the bed, her sleeping head on my leg and her baby in my arms, softly snoring. I looked down at Sam as Helen quietly walked back into the room, joining the rest of her close family.

"He's beautiful." She whispered as I slowly lifted the baby into her arms. "Do you have a name yet" She asked, slowly rocking the baby as she sat into the arm chair next to the bed.

Sam's head slowly lifted from my leg, a small yawn escaping her lips.

"Hey." I mumbled with a smile as I looked down at her. "You did great, hun."

She smiled, looking towards Helen who held the new born child. I kissed the top of her head, catching a glance of Tyrone who's eyes were filled with jealously as he stood in the corner of the room. I leant down, whispering to Helen who nodded then handed me her grandson. I gave her a quick smile before walking over to Tyrone, handing him the child.

"I'm not trying to take over your life, and even though what you did was so wrong, I'm not going to stop you seeing your own son." I whispered, afraid to wake the baby before sitting back on the bed next to Sam but continuing to look over at Tyrone who gave me a nod.

"I like Drew." Sam spoke up, looking over at her son.

"Me too." Tyrone spoke with a smile as he walked over to Sam, laying the baby into her arms.

"Doesn't Uncle Marcus get a hold?" Marcus whined, causing us all to chuckle as he ran to the bed. He looked over at his nephew, smiling. "I like Drew, but I think Marcus is better." He suggested, kissing Sam's cheek before going to pick up Drew but being interrupted when his phone rang. He sighed, quickly reaching into his pocket to answer his phone as the baby began to squirm. "I'll be back in a minute." He whispered as he answered his phone, walking from the room.

"Could I get a picture before I go?" Tyrone asked and Sam nodded, laying Drew down on the bedsheets for Tyrone to take a picture. He leaned down and kissed the forehead of his son before smiling down at Sam. "Visit soon, yeah?" She nodded again as Tyrone leaned down, quickly kissing her cheek, the whole time Mason's glare on him.

Sam's POV

***

Once everyone had left I set Drew down in the small baby bed the hospital had provided for him. I rested my head on Aiden 's chest as I let out a yawn. Aiden set down a key in front of me.

I looked up at him, confused "What's this for?" I asked quietly, looking back at the key.

"Don't you want the key to our new apartment?" He asked, a smile on his face.

"W-what?" I asked, unsure as I picked up the key.

"Your dad and I have been planning this for ages, Sam. If you want, you can come back with me in a few days. I know you won't be able to go back to college for a few weeks, but my mom and dad will happily look after Drew whenever they can while we finish college."

"Your parents would do that?" I asked, smiling over at Drew.

"Yeah." He whispered simply, hugging my closer. "What do you say?" He asked, kissing the back of my head.

"I'd love to." I replied, turning around and giving him a quick kiss.
