A smile took over my face as I walked through the doors to the apartment Aiden had bought, holding Drew's carry seat on my arm. I looked down into the seat, my smile becoming wider as I saw the baby, my baby. I'd been in the hospital two days after Drew was born and then stayed at my parents for another two with Aiden. We then drove back to our new apartment.

"Welcome home." Aiden said happily, quickly kissing my cheek after shutting the door.

I turned back to smile at him before slowly walking around the small apartment, noticing that Aiden had already started buying the basics that we needed and also some decorations, giving a more homely feel.

"Can we go see your parents later?" I asked, turning around to face Aiden as I set the carry seat down on the floor, carefully taking Drew from it and cradling him in my arms.

"Sure, they don't know we've come home today, so it'll be a nice surprise for them." He said with a smile.

Aiden knocked on the front door to his parents house, holding Drew up in front of his face to surprise them more when they opened the door. I smiled, looking up at the door as it opened, hearing a quiet squeal from Aiden's mom.

"Hey, mom." Aiden smiled, moving Drew away from his face as he passed the baby into his moms arms.

His dad walked up behind her, smiling as he saw both of us at the doorway. "Hey guys." He whispered, noticing the sleeping baby in his wife's arms.

I waved, smiling at him "Hey." I replied, moving closer to give him a quick hug. "How've you been?"

"Good, good. How about you guys? How're you liking the new apartment?"

"Yeah, we've been good. Last few days have been hard, but it's been alright." I said with a shrug, gently patting my stomach.

We'd already walked into the living room as we spoke, Aiden's mom still cooing over the sleeping baby in her arms.

"I hope you're not letting Tyrone see him." His mom spoke up, looking up at both Aiden and myself.

"He is the dad, you know." Aiden said, linking his fingers with mine.

"He doesn't deserve to see Drew, Aiden."

"He has rights you know mom." Aiden said with a sigh.

"Sam, didn't you report Tyrone when.. You know." Aiden's dad spoke up, sitting on the couch next to his wife.

I shook my head no, looking down at my lap.

"Why don't you now?" He continued.

"There's no point, I have no proof so they couldn't do anything about it."

"Dad, can we not talk about this right now?" Aiden spoke up before his dad could reply, his eyes on me.

"Yeah, I'm sorry Sam." He replied with a sigh "I just think you should've done something while you could prove it happened." He mumbled.

We'd got back to the apartment after around two hours at Aiden's parents. Aiden had gone shopping and left me and Drew at home. I smiled as I set the baby down in his moses basket after the door had been knocked. I opened the door to find Tyrone standing with a gift bag in his hand.

"Hey." He said with a smile.

"Ty. What're you doing here?" I asked quietly, slowly pulling the door open to let him in.
