Nick POV:
My former father looked at me, them back down, "I can't tell you, it's never to be spoken, I can't!"

I grabbed him by the throat and lifted him up. I looked him dead on the eyes, when I saw fear, I smiled. I knew that I didn't look human, I could see my reflection in his eyes. I couldn't look further from it: my eyeballs were completely black that seemed to gaze into his very being, my hair was a darker brown, almost black, my smile could belong to a madman. His face then changed to one of disgust, he started struggling. But I knew that he knew that it was pointless, no amount of hitting could prevent this.... eventuality. But Evan ran as fast as he could when he recognized Vyn. I laughed using my own voice.

I decided to use Vyn's voice for my interrogation of my once upon a time father, "What's the matter dad? Can't stand the sight of your own child? Or is it because I'm not your son? Well it makes no difference to me, I will find out the secret you so desperately want to keep hidden. It'll take a little of my time, and a lot of your blood. Unless you tell me right here, right now.... Make your choice father, or should I say Eric."

Eric looked at me, spatting out, "You'd have to rip my soul out of my body before I talk! We've been forbidden from ever telling you what happened, you were just an infant for Christ's sake! So you better let me go so I can straighten this out."

Vyn smiled, "I have another idea in mind Eric, one that is much more... Fun."

I punched him in the face as hard as humanly possible, any harder and I would have killed him, knocking him out cold....

Luna POV:
I looked on in absolute amazement, he sure is changing, he's going to torture him! I wonder how he will manage it? And if that is Nick in control, or if it's Vyn.

I saw him heading to his house. As he chained the doctor down, in a chair, he laughed, "You know this wouldn't have happened if you would have just told me what I wanted. But you took the painful path of denying me the truth, now I'm going to make you regret it...."

Eric began struggling, desperately trying to find a way out of what was going to happen,  "What are you going to do, torture and mutilate me? You know if you do that you'll be just like those monsters that were your parents. It was the path that we've been fighting for you not to take. Don't you see!? You're becoming what they wanted: a weapon of mass destruction!"

Suddenly Vyn, smacked him and spoke out of nowhere, "You know nothing of what they wanted. Don't insult those you killed in cold blood. They wanted a happy family that could last forever. And you took that from them.... Well, almost." He smiled when he said the last one.

I suddenly realized what he meant, I gasped and covered my mouth. They... They killed, no, they murdered Nick's parents for contacting one of my kind. They probably thought that they wanted to destroy the Mortal Realm and all that dwell in it. However, what most people don't know is that not all demons are evil, or even mean, in fact there are many who are simply pranksters that might go a little too far. We demons don't want to destroy the Mortal Realm, we want to either rule it or send our influences to its inhabitants. If one gets inside it's most likely because someone summoned them to make a deal. That begs the question: What was, if there was one, the deal between Nick's parents and Vyn?

I followed Nick to the city prison, as he changed back into his normal human form, I wonder what he's up to? I didn't know that anyone connected to him was here....

Nick POV:
I walked up to the guard at the door while putting on a scared face, "Please sir, I need to talk to my mom. Is she available?"

The guard nodded, looking worried for me, "Yeah she's here, was it Evan again?"

I shook my head, trying hard not to let Vyn laugh at this human's stupidity, "It's my dad..."

When my adoptive mom, Lucie, came out she saw the look on my face, but I knew she noticed the change in my eyes, the change from innocent to slight boredom. She pulled the officer aside, and commanded, "If I'm not back by lunch, order a small raid on my house."

The officer nodded, she asked me, truly worried, "What's wrong with Eric?"

I pulled on her arm like a child, leading her back home, "Come home, he's hurt...."

On the way there I knew that she was worried, what she didn't know was the extent of my knowledge. When we got home, I pointed at the front door, "Could you go in there?"

Lucie's eyes narrowed, but she complied anyway. The second she opened the door, a chemical filled her nose, knocking her unconscious. My smile widened, now I can get the answers I deserve, this is going to be fun......
